Tyrlo bares all...

On Siobhan's recommendations, and morbid curiosity, you go to the disciplinary hearing. You find it a little odd that they would be doing such a thing in public, but the more you think on it, the more it slowly begins to make sense, if only in a draconian sort of way. Tyrlo's misdeeds will be known to everyone before too long, with no shortage of shame directed her way. This was to both reinforce to everyone that offering yourself to an instructor was against the rules, and to bring fear into any teacher or student who might think of such a thing, less they be put in the same place. The location of the hearing wasn't hard to find, word had quickly gotten around, and a crowd had quickly grown in and around the building. Belonging to the original wizards who built this place, it carried something of a darker tone and feel than the rest of the building. According to legend, this place had been used to detain enemies and be something of a justice system in the frontier. The place where Tyrlo was to speak had powerful enchanting magic to compel the speaker to tell the truth. This should prove interesting, you thought, if Siobhan had introduced any trickery or compelled the young mage into this behavior. More interesting that though, was beyond Tyrlo herself

The dean and the other professors sat above in a circular row, while the audience stood behind. . It was a struggle, but you were able to push your way to the front. There you were able to see that among the professors in the hearing was Siobhan. You wondered how she was able to get here so quickly when she was still reading her book dismissively when you left, but there were any number of possibilities, and not the point here. You were hoping that you might be able to get a word in with Tyrlo, but by the time you got there, the events had just begun, as the hearing was called by an Orc among the council, with a naturally booming voice.

"All attending shall bear witness to the hearing of Tyrlo Hylux in a case of public indecency, of solicitation improper activities with a professor, and conduct unbecoming a student of the Ispola Academy. The dean of the academy, the Honorable Kirza Hylux is presiding. Ty-"

The orator is cut off by Siobhan, surprisingly "If it pleases the members of the hearing, I strongly move to ask Kirza recuse himself from this hearing and any further involvement in this matter. The hearing is regarding his own progeny, who he recommended entry to the academy, and this naturally creates a conflict of interest in the fair arbitration."

"Your concern is heard, noted, and dismissed, Siobhan" Kirza snapped derisively "Tyrlo will be handled as even-handedly as any other student by this body, and you should be mindful of your behavior, as well as that of your own students. You could find yourself under such a hearing yourself" There was murmuring in the hall at the barely subdued threat, as the hearing was called to order.

"Tyrlo Hylux, in the matters brought before this hearing, how do you plead"

"I plead guilty in all cases" She said with a dry neutrality that surprised the audience, and her grandfather especially. Siobhan leveraged on the surprise and her indifference by continuing the question.

"Tyrlo, just so that we are clear, you admit that no less than 12 hours ago, you walked up to one of the professors in this hall, and asked him to fuck you in the ass?"

"Professor Siobhan!" Kirza stated loudly in anger "We will not use course language in this hearing"

"Yes, of course. Tyrlo, let me rephrase my question. Did you ask a professor here to fuck you in the butt?"

The sarcastic change the wrong word was met by careful laughter in the halls and a scornful glare from the dean and his allies who had thus far remained quiet.

"Yes, yes I did" She replied earnestly. Again, with no shame or reticence. In an attempt to regain control of the hearing and the conversation, the dean started to ask his own questions

"Tyrlo, you understand the severity of these actions, yes?"

"Yes."

"You recognize that these actions would put your academic future at risk"

"Yes"

"And you would agree that this behavior is not normal for you?"

"Yes."

"Very Good. Now, Tyrlo, would you please tell us who convinced, tricked, or controlled you into doing this?" The dean made no attempt to hide his looking in Siobhan's direction as he asked the question.

"Nobody." Tyrlo responds quickly and strongly.

Finally, one of the other professors speaks up "Just for clarification Miss Tyrlo, this wasn't any sort of dare from one of the other students, and nobody put you under durress to engage in this act?"

"That is correct. I did not speak to anybody about this prior."

Unsatisfied and determind to get to the bottom of this, Kirza continued "You still could have been controlled. Had anyone cast a spell to comel you into this? Had you consumed any unusual potions or food?" You were worried at the question, and watched Siobhan, who maintained the face of an expert chess player; stoic and observant

"No, grandfather" Tyrlo's tone was finally starting to crack, showing anger and resentment "This was completely my choice, nobody made me do this...". Kirza's face contorted severely in reaction to these questions. With a pause, Siobhan began a new line of questioning.

"Tyrlo, we all recognize that this unusual behavior, for anyone, but especially for you. I believe what the dean and the others really want to get at is, if you weren't **** to do this, than why did you do such a thing?"

"Well, I suppose because I saw the opportunity as a win-win"

"Can you expand on that, please?" The Orc professor inquired "That's a rather peculiar position to take."

"Yes, gladly." Tyrlo continued "Either way, it would fix a problem. If he said yes, I would get my ass fucked, and wouldn't so horny anymore. If he said no, he'd report the event and than I'd get to go home."

There was murmuring again, much louder this time. You looked at the dean, and saw that his face was deep red, his eyes darting around as he tried to think his way out of this. Another professor, a female dwarf decided to continue the questioning "What do you mean that you'd get to go home child? Did you not come to the academy willingly?"

"No." Tyrlo's short answer was tinged with resentment as she looked straight at her grandfather. Siobhan struggled to keep her nuetral face.

"We've heard everything we need to hear!" Kirza shouted loudly as he struck with a gavel. Siobhan stood defiantly "I refuse to let the hearing adjourn. The questions will stop when we have all of the answers we need." There was wide exclamations and such an act of disobedience. None of the other professors spoke up, and none of them made a move to suggest they were leaving.

"Tyrlo, the academy here has strict rules about slavery and people being put under duress. The staff here should have been able to catch that your application was ****. Why do you believe that didn't happen?"

"Because it was my grandfather who made me apply." All eyes in the room pivoted towards Kirza as he tried desperately to resist squirming in his seat.

"The hearing is adjourned!" He shouted, to the defiance of the half-orc as well. "Do not try to hide under procedural acts now Kirza. You wanted to expose corruption, well you got your wish. We will all hear what is left to be said."

Defeated, Kirza sinks in his seat as he watches the matter unfold around him, knowing his future is sealed. The half-orc professor continues.

"Now, Tyrlo, why do you feel that your grandfather made you attend this school?"

"Oh, I know exactly why" She said with a heated confidence. "He told me exactly why himself. He had to protect his Legacy, and wouldn't allow me to waste my potential."

Siobhan continued as the chess master, asking a question she knew would reach the answer she wanted, though she couldn't guess as to exactly how good it would be. "Why did he think you would be wasting your potential?"

"Because he disapproved of my wanting to find my dad, and my relationships. He had caught me sleeping with a guy I'd known my whole life. He was on top of me and I was screaming in lust as he made me orgasm, and my grandfather wrongly accused him of **** me!"

"Did he **** you?" Siobhan asked slowly

"No! I Loved him!" She replied in a remorseful shout. There was a uncomfortable silence throughout the hall for a few moments as the thought carried. Grandfather and Granddaughter stared furiously at each other, neither one saying a single word to the other.

"I believe that we have heard everything that we needed to hear. Thank you for appearing before us Tyrlo, and thank you for your honesty. The revelations heard today will require a further discussion among the faculty, in closed doors. For your wishes, the university will not **** you remain here as a student, and will find a way to return you to an amicable state. In respect of your privacy, we will ensure you are not to be disturbed by any of the students prior to your departure. All those in attendance shall now leave the building. This hearing is officially adjourned."
