Turnabout is fair play.

Gina was squirming in her stroller, of course her mom would pin her arms under the tray before letting this dicklet walk off with her.

"So Susan's explained that you are still mentally all upstairs, just that something made you helpless."

Gina's blood ran cold. Cutie's flat tone was unsettling, and...oh Gina just noticed she was heading towards the school.

Cutie held it up, and then held the O ring next to it, as if considering which would be best. Given that they were in public, the pacifier gag won out.
