Chief in his desire to do more awesome and highly entertaining things was the sudden need to break the law. With all this power in his hands, he felt like he could beat any form of security in the world, save for those that physically or digitally required him to do more than just stop time. He could take anything, go anywhere and do anything he wanted with minimal chances of him getting caught. As long as he played his cards right, he anticipated minimal problems for him to cheat his way to a better life. He had never been a power hungry mongrel with the mortal decency he was raised with, but the temptation was too much. He simply had to take advantage of it.

Leaving the flea market, he decided what to do with his time. More so, his heart raced as he thought about what sort of illegal things he could do without getting caught.
