Try to run away

Without giving it more than a moment of thought you make a break for the nearest door as fast as you can. Unfortunately your water logged clothes aren't exactly helping you and you can already hear the vampire chasing after you. You hear her laugh menacingly behind you as you swing open the door, thankfully landing you in a corridor where you run towards the door at the end of the hallway. As you get about halfway down the hall you feel something hit you in the back, knocking you to the floor. You can hear the vampire sigh a bit in disappointment "oh well, I was hoping for more..." She says and digs her knee into your back and grabs your head. She's unnaturally strong and easily keeps you from fighting as she tilts your head to the side and you feel her breath over your neck before suddenly a heat spreads through your neck and into your veins as she bites down. You can hardly feel the pain as she sucks your blood and drains your life and eventually everything goes dark. What did you expect, there's no way you were going to be able to outrun a vampire.
