Lost in Pleasure

You awaken in a dark room, the hard, cold ground beneath you causing you to feel sore as you sit up and let your eyes adjust. The light in the room is extremely dim and doesn't seem to have a clear source but it's enough that you can see your surroundings. The first thing you notice is that you're in a cave, the walls, roof and floor are all stone with three tunnels branching off from the main room. You're not quite sure how you got into this place as it doesn't look familiar to you. As you look around more you can see that in the center of the large room is a pool of water, the dimness of the room doesn't allow you to determine how deep the pool is but it's wide enough that your entire body could easily fit in it and then some.
