Try and get to the Fire Escape

You ran at the fire escape and jumped for it, for a moment you were afraid you wouldn't get it, but you managed to grab it and pull yourself up. You ran up two floors, breathing heavily as you tried not to look back down out of fear that the Hellhounds were going to follow you. You started to try and get your bearings when you heard clanging at the bottom of the fire escape, your blood ran cold.

The Hellhounds were now trying to jump up and get the fire escape. Fuck, you had been so close, the Alpha's eyes were glowing with hellfire as he sat back and watched, his massive cock throbbing in the air as he barked orders at his packmates.

"Leave me the fuck alone!" You shouted down at them. "I don't want you!"

"Too bad bitch, we want you," the Alpha growled. "You're going to be my bitch when I'm done with you!"

You didn't have time to catch your breath. You started running up the stairs as fast as you could, two more floors up you heard the sound of claws against the metal of the fire escape. Two of the females were chasing after you with the Alpha close behind.

"Fuck, fuck, fuck..." you said as you started climbing again.

Close to the top floor, you took a bad step. You cried out as you stumbled and twisted your ankle, it wasn't broken, but you couldn't move fast enough anymore. You looked down to see the three Hellhounds gaining on you, there was a window not far away that maybe you could escape through, but you didn't know what you would find.

What should you do?
