"You have all done very well my children," Ornara said as they were preparing to leave the bar. "You have all made me so proud, and this is only the beginning as well....."

"My Queen, are you alright?" Kelly asked seeing her seem to falter a bit.

"Yes, I'm fine...... Darcy?" She said with a curious look on her face. "Troy, he's somehow....... I'm having a hard time sensing her."

"Shall we go and stop him?" The newest member, the young, sexy bartender, said, looking to prove herself.

"No, I will deal with it myself," she said as she began to concentrate.

"Troy...... I don't........ I don't know what....... I'm sorry," she said as she began to look at herself and the changes that had been made to her body.

"Darcy, it's okay," he said grabbing her and holding her in his arms. "We'll fix this. There has to be a way."

"No, I'm not even human anymore, I'm...... I'm something else. I fed off you earlier. I sucked your life out and tasted it. And I want more!" She said pushing him away. "Darcy!" Ornara's voice suddenly said in her mind. "Why is it happening? Why can't I sense you as well as before?"

"My Queen....... I..... it's Troy....... and....." Darcy said before she fell to her knees. "He wants to marry me."

Ornara stood there trying to regain control over Darcy but it wasn't working as easily as she had anticipated. "Darcy, listen to me. Marriage is slavery, you are Nobody's ****. You are powerful, you are his superior!"

"I....... I am powerful, superior?" Darcy said as Ornara was starting to get through to her.

"Darcy, don't listen to her. Stay with me, stay here with me, because I love you. Please Darcy!"

"I...... I can't....... I......." Darcy said as she struggled between her heart and her mind.

"Then turn me," he said as Darcy suddenly looked him in the eyes with tears streaming down her face. "I know you can hear me Ornara. Turn me, make me one of your children. I offer myself willingly."

"Do you?" Ornara said suddenly appearing in the room behind him as he turned to her.

"Please, I love her, more than anything. I don't know what you've done to her, but I will do anything to be with her."

"Interesting," Ornara said with a smile. "You would give up your humanity, maybe even your soul, just to stay with her?"

Troy looked back at Darcy who had a shocked look on her face as she sat there on her knees. "I would."

"Troy, no, don't do this," she begged him.

"Interesting. I knew there was a connection between you two, but I did not know it was this strong. Interesting," Ornara said with a smirk. "This will be a little more difficult, but if you are willing to be changed then......."

"I don't care, I will do it; just let me be with Darcy," he said, getting right up in Ornara's face.

"I like this one," she said glancing over at Darcy. "Very well."
