Treaty Renewal

It had completely slipped Hiccup's mind that today was the day that his pantheon was to renew a treaty that Asgard was involved in.

With the Viking culture dead and gone, the Aesir had ensuring that, if not their worship, then their memory lived on in the descendants of their worshippers. Their memory was preserved in a number of ways -- oral tradition, works of art, the complete works of Richard Wagner and Marvel Comics -- but this couldn't have been accomplished without the help of their neighboring pantheons assisting them until the seeds of pop culture bore enough fruit to sustain them.

The Encanto was only one of the more recent additions to Stoick's ever growing list of allies.

Today, one of the older additions to his list of allies has arrived to renew their ongoing partnership.
