Town Hall

The town hall is small, that much Ethan could tell from the outside, but the inside was very... Not government like.

It almost felt like being inside a rich person's house, one that was homey and borderline intimate. It even smelled nice in there, although Ethan couldn't place the scent. Not too far away Ethan spots a receptionist at a desk, and with a sigh, he makes his way over.

"Morning..." he tries to be casual, sizing up the woman in front of him. She's older than him, Layla's age maybe? {if Layla's Secret=true}Ethan suddenly wonders if his woman has a giant ock stuffed in her dress as well. Shaking his head, he exiles the thought, suddenly feeling... Well, more horny than guilty.{endif}

The woman looks at him, her eyes a rich brown. "Good morning, how can I help you?" She gives Ethan a look. He gets the feeling she's genuinely unsure why he's here.

"I'm here to see Sam."

"Sam?" The woman's eyebrow raises. "Samantha Cole?"

"Yeah..." Ethan's fairly sure that's her.

"Do you have an appointment?"

"No... Do I need one?"

The woman frowns. "One moment." She picks up a phone and dials a number.

Ethan awkwardly stands there while she mumbles into the phone. For a moment, he fears he might be having security called on him, but tries to keep such dramatic thoughts in check. After a moment she hangs up, turning her attention back to Ethan. "She's taking lunch at the moment, but she should be finished shortly," she points towards a set of stairs behind her. "Up the stairs to the left is a waiting area. She'll call you in when she's ready."

"Great, thank you."

The woman smiles and nods, turning back to her work.

Doing as he's told, Ethan makes his way up the stairs and to the waiting area. Taking a seat, Ethan waits the only way his generation knows how to: on his phone.
