Tossed in the vat of Quicksand

"I'm afraid so Leopard. She saw us here so she must be silenced. Tiger, throw her in the vat." My eyes went wide in panic. "Hey wait a minute! You can't do this to me." I tried to get away but Tiger was able to effortlessly drag me towards the vat. "Can and will ponytail." Tiger said as she tossed me into the vat.

I landed on my butt. I was expecting it to be like falling into a pool of water but instead, it was like landing on a big thing of jello. I imedietly tried to get up but as soon as I tried to shift my weight to my feet, I found by butt to be stuck, along with my feet for that matter. I twisted this way and that trying to get loose but it was no use. To make matters worse, I was sinking.

As I continued to struggle, the three looked on in amusement. All except for Leopard who was pouting. Panther spoke. "I wouldn't struggle too much there Amethyst. I've always heard that the more you struggle, the faster one sinks in quicksand. That stuff isn't the same thing but it might help you live a few mins longer." I glared at her. "You won't get away with this." Panther laughed while Tiger rolled her eyes. "Oh spare me red. Can we get out of here now." Panther looked at her comrade. "Yes, I believe we should." The two turned to leave. "Goodbye Amethyst. It was a pleasure to meet you." The two walked out the door. Leopard went with them but stopped to give me a flitatious look. She then backpedaled and quickly scribbled something on a piece of paper. "I hope you get out of there beautiful." She said as she blew me a kiss.

With that, I was alone. Sinking to my doom in a vat of mystery gunk.
