Tom the Brother

Gina's small window of approaching something like self-reflection was cut short as she realized she was back in front of her house.

Cutie did a quick double check of Gina's diaper, to his inexperienced eye, it was dry. Which Gina's family would have said a damp pamp was a waste of money so it's not like she would have gotten a change anyway.

Knocking on the door, Tom answered.

"Hey?" Tom asked.

"Gina's ready to go back, I was silly and realized I didn't have a way to warm her bottle on our walk." Cutie said, playing up the ditzy girl role, Tom was far enough ahead of them to have not known boy-Cutie, so Cutie opted to present female rather than make waves.

"Well do you want to just...keep watching her but in here?" Tom asked, he had kept this version of Gina at arm's length, very adverse to the whole...baby...deal.

"I would love to, Gina was such a sweetie today, but I need to run to my girlfriends, they have some makeover emergency that needs me. Stat." Cutie said with a chuckle.

Tom lifted an eyebrow at Cutie saying girlfriend(s), thinking for a moment that this chick might be a lesbian, maybe even bi, maybe she could be persuaded into a threesome, before the other meaning of girlfriend, friends that happen to be girls, finally got remembered.

"That kind of blows, our mom isn't going to be back for a bit so..." Tom had started saying, looking down at the bottle Cutie handed him and looking up to a Cutie-shaped cloud of dust as she just zipped away.

Tom looked down at Gina.

Gina was sat in her stroller. In a blue frilly party dress. Hair in pigtails, the bows were loose but that wasn't something Tom would have noticed, it's just a detail to reassure the reader that the author remembered a series of teenage boys had been tugging on those pigtails recently. And a line of drool coming from the corner of her mouth.

He sighed as he stepped out to push her back in. He brought her to the kitchen where he put the bottle in the microwave and slammed the door. Then opened it again to take the nipple and ring off the top, then put it back in with a slam, pressing buttons to heat it up to the correct tempurature, as his mom has ordered him to do at, like, every meal since the hospital.

"I'm not going to change you, so figure out how to not poop until mom gets back. This baby crap is bullshit." Tom ranted at his sister. Her prediciment still utterly creeped him out and lets just say that his emotional maturity was not ready for the mental gymnastics that everyone else has been dealing with.

The microwave beeps, the lid goes on, and Gina turns her face away trying to not let her brother feed her a semen spiked sippy.

He was getting frustrated, Gina should be able to hold a damn bottle. He knew the scans and tests were real, but what if this was just some bigger, longer, sicker, joke that Gina was pulling? She shits her pants constantly. Okay not even her most demented plans would involve that as a core mechanic, so she really can't hold a bottle. But her face can certainly move as he keeps trying to get the nipple to her lips. Finally doing something he saw his mom do and grab her nose.

Gina fought as best she could. She could only stop her mouth from gasping for air for the barest of milliseconds. The nipple went in, reflex took over. The bottle was still too hot, because Tom was still too stupid, and so there was a bit of pain accompanying the slurry of hot semen soup a la sweaty boys. Gina wished she could make herself throw up but knew better at this point to not bother trying.

The bottle emptied, Tom tossed it in a sink-ward direction and started pushing the stroller over to the baby fenced area of the living room. Gina however, started to fuss and whine. She just finished a bottle and had air in her stomach, not something Tom would have thought about. Her distended stomach causing her another layer of misery as she thought about the semen slurry shloshing in her gullet. Tom, rather than help troubleshoot her problem or be helpful in any particular way, just muffled her with the pacifier gag, he planned to go back to his room and be on his computer anyway, maybe cyberstalk the chick that sat for Gina.

He folded the tray to the side and undid the buckle, threading arms and torso out of the straps to pull Gina up and out. That moment, Gina's feet on the ground, knees bent, stooped forward, was just the position perfect to facilitate a total emptying of her bowels. A rush of hot sticky mess saught to fill every empty space in Gina's diaper. The squeakiest of toots trumpeting out to alert Tom to the mudslide disaster at hand.

Tom's eyes widened as he stood there holding his sister up, frozen as if watching a train wreck or multi-car pile up. Feeling her tremble as her seat got filled.

He opened the baby gate, and helped her strumble forward to be on her hands and knees.

"That's a you and mom problem. I'm out." Tom said, latching the gate closed and leaving Gina in her infantile prison of swampy misery.
