To another clue

"Well, that was a dead end." Spider-Man said annoyed as he followed Cat out of the construction yard.

"Maybe for you." Cat said teasingly.

"What are you saying? The boss knew nothing."

"He may not have. But I found someone who did."

"What? Who? Where?"

"Here." Cat said as she entered an alley. At the end of which was a man tied to a chair. Cat walked up to the figure, "Tell him."

"Some guy in a fancy suit, and I don't mean no Armani, I mean it was some sorta fancy armour." The man in the chair explained, "Anyway, this guy came up to a group of us and took some grenades. I swear, that's all I know."

"Thank you." Cat said, cutting the man free using one of her claws.

"You don't know who this person is? Where they went? Anything else about them?" Spider-Man asked.

"I don't knows nofin'." He said getting up.

"He doesn't." Cat agreed, pushing the man away, and secretly slipping him a stack of notes. He's said exactly what she had told him to while Spider-Man was in the boss's office. Then, she turned to face Spider-Man, "But, I'm pretty sure I know the suit. I've been keeping an eye on a prototype exoskeleton in a nearby military research base. That was until it was stolen last night."

"So, we find the suit, we find the kidnapper, and we find..." Spider-Man started, cutting himself off before he said MJ's name in front of Cat.

"The woman you love?" Cat finished.

"Yeah, exactly. So, where is this base?"

"Follow me." Cat said with a smile before turning around and climbing up the building to swing towards the military base. She really hoped Sierra was doing her job well, because she was running out of ideas of how to delay Spider-Man.
