Time to lay some foundations

Kokichi, for all his nature as a natural liar, was a natural skeptic. Even with Miu and Tenko's odd behavior, part of him doubted that they might be pranking him. However, the sky turning green was just too much. Opening up the the notebook, Kokichi quickly erased his first rule. Instantly the sky regained its natural hue.

'Phew, good thing I can undo these.' Kokichi thought, before erasing the other two as he watched Miu and Tenko return to normal.

'Seems this book can bend reality to my whims~' Kokichi mused as he walked away holding the book, grinning mischeviously. 'I could become the supreme leader of all reality!'

'IT'S A LIE!' He replied to his own thoughts. He didn't really have any interest in ruling the universe, messing with people was much more fun. The book would make it very easy to do so, but where was the fun in making everything too easy? Though, It'd be a waist to not do anything with it, so why not get the ball rolling?

Miu Iruma is Kokichi Oma's personal servant, inventor and sex toy. She can build or modify anything Kokichi Oma asks of her, and is fully obedient to him. No one finds this odd or objectionable.

Tenko is extremely gullible towards Kokichi Oma, believing anything he tells her 100%. This includes any behavior or bodily reaction will respond how Kokichi said she does.

Looking up, he saw Tenko and Himiko walking towards breakfast. Grinning broadly, he strode right up to them, carrying the book in plain sight. 'Good morning, you two!" He shouted, grinning as the two of them turned around.

"It is, so what you degenerate male!?" Tenko responded in her usual manner when talking to him. She didn't like men, but Kokichi had managed to get under her skin before. Not uncommon for him.

"Nyehhh, and you already greeted us earlier his morning..." replied the tired tiny magician, who looked him over before spotting the book. "and what is that notebook you got there?"

"It's a notebook that lets me control reality!" Kokichi admitted freely, smiling as he saw Tenko's dramatic reaction with a loud 'WHAAAAAAT?!'

"Nyeh. Calm down Tenko! It's obviously a lie."

"But he just sai-"

"Yup! It's a lie!" Kokichi responded promptly, causing tenko to blush and glare in frustration at him.

"Yeah, Tenko. it was obvious. Why do you always fall for his lies? I'm the only magic one around here! Such a pain..." Himiko bemoaned, Kokichi grinning as he enjoyed getting away with that scot-free.

"Yeah, sorry about that. You're reactions are just too amusing. Why do't you carry Himiko between your breasts to breakfast? I'm sure that'll cheer you both right up!"

"NYEH! WAI-" was all HImiko managed to get out before Tenko had scooped up the shorter redhead and pressed her into her own breasts face first.

"Thanks for the advice! not bad coming from a degenerate male like you." The Ultimate Aikido Master nodded before walking towards the cafeteria, the Ultimate Magician flailing in futility. Kokichi's grin broadened. This was going to be fun~!
