Chapter 5

what happens next?

This stinks

Gina looked around only to stop as she eyed a large, white delivery van that had the back doors slightly ajar. The driver was looking under the hood, bopping her head as she listened to her headphones.

"I don't care where she's going, just so long as I have somewhere to get clean!" Gina muttered to herself as she quickly sprinted to the back of the van, slipping through the doors before slamming it shut. It was only after closing the doors that she realized two things.

First, the doors didn't have any handles from the inside. This meant that she'd have to hide and wait for the woman to open the doors so she could sneak out.

And second, she had no idea what this van was transporting.

However, she soon got her answer as she heard a series of chittering behind her, causing her to turn around. Her heart stopped and her face went white at the sight before her...

"Did I close that door already?" The Driver asked once she was finished with the engine, staring in confusion at the van's back doors that bared the name of the company she worked for:

"Farmer Stinky's Skunk Farm"

The Driver shrugged as she turned up the volume on her headphones and went up to the front.

Which was why she never heard Gina screaming for help as she banged on the back doors before driving off.

An hour later, The Driver came to a stop as she got out, walking around to the back and opening the back slightly.

"Pew! Those stinkers must have woken up." The Driver said, walking away. "Better let the customers know before we get them in."

The second The Driver left, Gina bursted out of the van, soaked from head to toe in skunk musk as she gagged and retched. "Air! I need air!"

Gina coughed and gagged as she leaned against a street light. Fortunately, Gina learned that skunks only had enough ammo to spray seven times before running out.

Unfortunately, as there were sixty skunks in the back of that delivery van, she figured it out after being skunked a grand total of four hundred twenty times!

Needless to say, she stank even worse than before.

"Good Lord! I'm gonna have to buy out every last can of tomato juice from at least a hundred stores to get rid of this smell!" Gina groaned, "And then I'm gonna need a ten hour scrubbing after that when I get home!"

Wait... Where even was she?

Gina looked up and went wide eyed at a large sign in front of her. According to the sign, she was in the middle of the city...

Three towns over.

"Oh no..." Gina whimpered.

What's next?
