Thin Lips --> Glossy Red Lips

Gwen stares at the screen after typing in the new words. Changing 'thin lips' for 'red glossy lips' seems like a change that could help her image, most of the women she sees her age wear makeup... Watching the little spinning wheel on the screen, the little chibi woman bounces back and forth, her foot tapping on the floor in a rather amusing loop of animation as the image loads.

Looking away for a moment, Gwen glances at the clock, wondering how long this is supposed to take, until suddenly a small 'ding' can be heard, and a pounding pressure mounts inside her brain. Gwen gasps, reaching up to her head as her vision blurs... When she finally reaches her target though, that horrible pressure dissipates, and the librarian's memory of such a feeling fades along with it...

Blinking, suddenly Gwen realizes what she was doing, regaining her train of thought. Looking down at her phone, the usual images stares back at her, just how she remembers it.

She frowns, she could've sworn she had already typed something in... Yet looking at the image of herself and the text beneath it, everything looks the same. Her glasses, hair, even that same dull expression.

She rubs her lips together, flexing her jaw as she decides what to do. The little blonde girl stares back at her, a blank smile on the chibi's face as she waits for another input.

Looking away once more, Gwen cups her chin in her palm, resting her elbow on her knee as she leans forward. This really shouldn't be an issue, just exit the image editor and upload it. Afterall, she did go through all the effort to make the original such high quality. After seeing the editor menu, she has a distinct feeling any alterations might lower the quality or make her look too strange.

Raising a finger, she reaches for the exit button, ready to leave this menu and move on... but as she does, the chibi figure at the bottom suddenly springs to life, leaping across the screen from the bottom right corner all the way to the top, covering the button, her arms splayed out to the side as if backed against a wall.

"Uh oh!" A text box starts below the blonde girl. "That's not right! Why not make an change and see the New U?" As she says this, the small figure's eyes flash a brilliant pink, a light so bright that Gwen is **** to look away. But even as she does so, something inside her brain goes haywire, and she grows momentarily confused, her eyes flashing that same pink.

Immediately after her vision returns to her, she looks back at the screen once more. She huffs, a bit annoyed at the stereotypical 'are you sure' message, much like she's seen in countless other apps. Though this time, she decides to humor it. "Alright... I guess I'll make a change..." She sighs, opening up the text box.
