They go to the Temple

In the early hours of the morning, Tzipporah didn't leave Egypt due to deciding that she will take Moses with her. Seeing that he wasn't in bed, she went in search of him and found that he was at the garden pools with his adoptive mother who was trying to comfort him and assuring him that it was the gods that chose him to live in the palace. Tzipporah doubted this but still could not help but smile, seeing as that the queen was more kind and gentle than the other Egyptians and she secretly accepted Tuya as Moses mother in her heart.

Later, she finally was with Moses heading towards the temple that he and Rameses wrecked in one of their races.

Moses: I thought you would've left.

Tzipporah: I chose not to because... There's a part of me that I can't leave behind.

Moses: What?

She put a hand on Moses' cheek to have him look at her.

Tzipporah: You. After the way you took care of me during my time with you, I started to develop something. I then realized that... I love you.

Moses became shocked by this reveal. Sure, he did like her but he also secretly started falling in love with her as well.

Moses: I felt the same way during my time with you but why would you stay instead of going.

Tzipporah: After learning that you're a son of slaves, I was thinking and wondering that... You would come with me and leave this place. We both don't belong here.

Moses became hesitant not knowing if he should accept her offer or not. When they reached the temple, they could not help but watch at how the Hebrews were treated as they pulled at ropes and carried bags of sand and the Egyptian taskmasters where whipping them. Moses and Tzipporah were starting to feel sorry for the Hebrews but for Moses it was the first time in his life at seeing something he did not see before. Rameses came up to them.

Rameses: Moses. And I see you brought your desert cobra with you.

Tzipporah glared at him for calling her that. Rameses then guided Moses and Tzipporah to the canopy to look at the plans for the temple but Moses and Tzipporah were more focused on a taskmaster whipping an old man and Miriam calling for someone help to stop it but Aaron held her back. Tzipporah looked at Moses and saw that he was horrified by this and shook him.

Tzipporah: Moses! Do something!

Moses then ran while calling to the taskmaster to stop with Tzipporah following him behind and Rameses then noticed Moses had left.

Rameses: Moses!

Before the taskmaster could continue, Moses shoved him down the scaffolding while keeping his balance. The taskmaster fell to the ground with a crash and the slaves gathered round while another taskmaster shoved them away to see the taskmaster dead and demanded to know who killed him. A Hebrew pointed at Moses and everyone looked at Moses who panted with the horror of what he had done. Tzipporah had caught up with him and also looked down with shock before she and Moses looked at Miriam and Aaron who were stunned.
