They do the impossible: make friends with the DD Brigade.

The girls split up as they made their way to the main group of cosplaying beach-goers. Kiona and Mari drifted away from the crowd, Joy and Lynn went towards the bar, and Terri got distracted by a surfboard stuck in the sand.

Kiona did her best to try and distract Marigold from her tight-fitting swimsuit, but her efforts did little good. Between Mari's already shy personality and the fact that she was walking around at her "real size," it took all Kiki had to keep her from running straight through the woods back to the hotel.

"You look amazing," Kiki said for the dozenth time. "Mari, I don't know what to tell you other than every girl here is jealous of you."

"I don't want them to be jealous of me," Mari sighed. "I want them all to stop staring."

The duo would have kept walking if they hadn't bumped right into a girl wearing nothing but body paint, shells, and fins. Mari's eyes bugged out at the Zora girl's daring cosplay. Kiona stared too, unable to look anywhere but at the artfully placed shells right in the centers of her ample breasts. The girl was all but naked, but she radiated confidence.

"Like what you see?" smiled the Zora cosplayer.

"Meep!" Marigold clapped her hands over her eyes.

Kiona put her hand on Mari's shoulder and shook her head. "Sorry about her. She's a little nervous about where people look."

"Easy to see why the Lamb's uncomfortable," Zora girl said. "But hey... you ever tried using that line yourself?"

"Huh?" Marigold said. She lowered her hands. "L-like what I see?"

"Yeah, that one," said the Zora girl. "It's easy to get people to stop looking if you call 'em out."

"I... guess," Mari said. She shuffled her feet. "Um... You seem familiar somehow. Have I met you before?"

"BrushedonBeauty," the Zora girl said with a curtsy of fins. "Call me Brushie, or Tessa. I'll holla to both!"

"...Holla?" Kiona's lip twitched up in a slight smile. "Is it 2005 again already?"

"You're funny!" Tessa laughed. "Come on. If your friend's got no chill, I'll draw the heat."

Kiki and Mari weren't sure where this member of the DD Brigade got her slang, but the reason why she kept quiet around Saki made a whole lot more sense.

Meanwhile, two hated rivals sat on the beach, sipping vodka from two halves of the same watermelon. Lynn sat slumped her D .Va bikini, Saki in her extra-sturdy Yoko top and shorts.

"He's gotta be gay," Lynn grumbled. "There's no fucking way he'd turn both of us down."

"He said he was taken," Saki sighed. "You just wouldn't take no for an answer, and then... well... you had to do that."

"A couple beers in the face never hurt anybody," Lynn said. She took another sip of vodka through her straw. "Stop whining. You're worse than Tits McGee."

Saki snerked. "Oh really? And how bad is this 'Tits McGee?"

"She was this girl in high school that... uh... had big tits and wouldn't shut up about how annoying I was."

Saki burst out laughing. Lynn waited for her to stop, but her laughter kept getting higher-pitched and more breathless, until Lynn found herself giggling too. Rachel and Joy just watched from beneath their umbrella a few feet away, sipping their own drinks and smiling.

"We should have gotten them drunk together a long time ago," Joy said. She raised her red solo cup and clinked it against Rachel's.

"Yeah," agreed Rachel. "You're not as much of a bitch as you are online, either."

"And you're not as big an emo cunt as you look in your photos," Joy said with a grin. "We should hang out later."

"...Yeah."

Terri looked to the left. She looked to the right. There was no one guarding the surfboard.

"You're mine, now!"

She seized the surfboard, leapt into the water, and disappeared into the waves. When she came back in with the surf, breathless and flush with excitement, she found a girl wearing a blue bikini, fox ears, and a fox tail waiting for her.

"That's my board," said the fox-girl. "You've got to pay for using it."

"Uh... sure," Terri shrugged. "I left my purse in my other bikini."

"Really?" the fox-girl purred. She stepped behind Terri and ran a finger down her spine, at the the tight ties on the back of her Tracer bikini bottoms. "I don't believe you."

Terri's heart pounded in her chest as the very hot girl untied her dripping wet bottoms and peered down the back.

"No purse," the girl sighed, "But I do see a very sweet ass."

Terri flushed... but she couldn't help but smile. "This isn't your board, is it?"

"Nope!" said the fox girl. Her teeth flashed white.

Terri stepped back. She went to lace up her bottoms, but her hands froze halfway. She left them undone, leaving them to sag halfway down her tight, toned ass.

"Name's Terri, love." Her eyes flicked to the water.

"Corrine." The fox-girl's eyes followed.

"...You fancy a dip?"

Corrine's smile flashed again. "Always."
