They cuddle

Zack laughed as he caught his breath. Next to him, Heather smiled as she snuggled up to him. Gently, she kissed his shoulder as his breathing attempted to return to normal. Zack turned his head slightly and caught her eye. Heather’s smile brightened up the tent as his lips met hers briefly.

“Baby, that was incredible,” Zack told his girlfriend.

”Mmm!” she purred in response.

The pair of lovers lay there together for what seemed like a joyful eternity to them both. Heather’s fingers traced random patterns on Zack’s chest while his hand rubbed her shoulder and his lips kissed the top of her head. They would have stayed like that all night, but the growling of their stomachs reminded them that they had a meal they needed to prepare.

“I’m hungry,” Heather stated matter-of-factly.

“Me too! I’ll started dinner while you get cleaned up. When you’re done, you can take over while I wash up,” Zack replied.

“Wash up? You gonna go back to the cabin for a shower?” the brunette girl giggled.

“Camp shower, Baby. I’ll heat up some water for us before I start cooking,” he answered as he began putting on his clothes.

“You thought of everything, didn’t you? I think I may just have to keep you here forever,” Heather said.

“No can do, Baby. We spend too much time out here and our friends will destroy your dad’s cabin,” Zack chuckled, “Especially Gavin and Chloe. They’ll wreck the place.”

“Yeah, those two party animals can get quite crazy when left unattended. So question is how do we cook our dinner, Zack?”

“Same way our ancestors did: right over the fire. Got to pay close attention so we don’t end up eating a lump of coal. How do you want it cooked?”

“Medium dead!” Heather laughed as she crawled inside the sleeping bag.

“Okay, Hun, get ready for your shower,” Zack said as he lowered his shirt over his body and opened the tent door.
