The next day comes.

After a successful meeting with a potential business deal in relation to Cindi's potions, the couple finishes their day as usual. Time passes forwards as it always does. Soon, they go to sleep in each other's arms. Day turns to night, and then the sun rises once again. The couple likes to play, but there's also work to be done if they want a place to live and food to eat. While Cindi is an alchemist, Idria has always had an interest in clothing. That goes for the crafting of outfits but also different fashion trends.

She has no formal training, but Idria has recently started exploring some sort of career in being a seamstress. She's actually become quite adept purely teaching herself. Her resources are limited for now, but because of recent happenings with Cindi's alchemy, they've had more to spend, so she decides to go out and pick up some new supplies.

Idria hums as she walks down the bustling street. Bags stuffed with fabric and tools hang from both arms.

As much as I'd like to make the blueprints in my head, I don't have the proper setup at home. I wonder if a local seamstress will let me use their shop in return for something. I'd be using my own supplies anyway. Or I'd buy things I'm missing.

A nearby store labelled as, "Janet's Tailor Shop," comes into view. It's far from the largest place in down, but that's exactly what she wants. It's more interesting to explore smaller shops anyway, at least in her opinion. As she steps inside, a bell over the doorway rings and she makes her way towards the front counter. There's a figure standing behind it.

It's a human woman with long, dark red hair, a black coat over a white shirt, and tight blue pants. "Welcome," she greets with a smile. "What can I do for you today?"

"I have a bit of a strange request," Idria says.

"Oh I've been asked for some very interesting outfits. Don't worry." She smirks.

"That's not what I mean. See, I'm a bit of a seamstress in training, but I don't have everything I need to make what I want right now. It's also supposed to be a surprise for someone I live with. I was wondering if I could pay to use your shop to make an outfit."

"I see." She steps out from behind the counter. "Do you have anything you'd need?"

"Almost, but not quite."

She walks up beside the angel and gives her a little bump with her hip. "All right. I can't say no to that. How about you just buy what you're missing from me and my workshop is yours for today. Business has been slow anyway."

"Really?"

"That's right. I'll always support new talent, and I'd like to see what you can do. What is it you'll be making?"

Idria leans in to whisper her answer.

The shopkeep raises her brow. "Oh my. For you?"

"No. This is a selfish gift. It's actually for someone else to wear."

She grins. "Nothing wrong with that. I bet she'll love you dressing her up."
