Which does Valerie pick? Asking someone for help, or taking the shortcut through the nature trail?

The nature trail

Valarie realized the nature trail was her best bet. She didn't who or what she'd run into out there, but it would be better than being naked on the street! She'd figure out the last half mile to the record store when she got there.

So, cupping her privates Stacey ran butt naked, darting out of the street and off onto the trail. She was instantly slowed by the rough, uneven terrain on her sensitive bare feet. Still, eager to get to some sort of clothing she walked along, trying to hide her shame.

The forested path was loud with animal sounds and creaking trees. Valarie was extremely nervous and exposed. She flinched at every noise as she stumbled along. After a few hundred yards her bare feet were aching, sweat coated her body and her skin felt hot and looked worryingly pink. At least she hadn't seen anyone yet she thought, and prayed her luck would hold...
