The first day of the rest of your life...

"X gon give it to ya! (uh) Gon give it to ya! X gon give it to ya!"

Tree's eyes shot open, a grin on her face as she shut off her phone's alarm. She got out of bed, happy to be awake before the sun rose. She had a LOT to do before Danielle woke up. She was happy that the prior night, she had already gotten her research done. She had Danielle's schedule on her phone, and she already knew all her friends. She just needed to talk to her professors.

A few hours of communicating with faculty and staff (who all seemed to be pretty chill with what she had planned), she then put the final piece of her plan into motion. She walked to the sorority house, where she was still a member, and walked into Danielle's bedroom. She quickly turned off Danielle's phone and went about removing a few items from her wardrobe. Chucking them out of the window, she then quietly ran downstairs to take her pilfered garments and threw them in the trash. Then, she waited until about 30mins before her class was to begin to see if Danielle was still asleep.

knock knock

"Danielle! Don't you have class at 8?!" Tree yelled from her bedroom door.

She could hear Danielle sit up and grab her phone.

"What the fuck?! I'm late!" Danielle rushed out of bed, grabbing a towel and headed to the shower.

Tree smiled as she heard the shower start. She walked downstairs, alerting the other girls not to panic about what she was about to do, but still act like it was real. Outside, Tree took out a smoke bomb she prepared and went back inside. She set it off in Danielle's room, and pulled the fire alarm.

BEEP BEEEEP BEEP BEEEEP

Flashing lights lit the hallways as the young women poured out of the house. Tree banged on Danielle's bathroom door.

"DANIELLE, YOUR ROOM IS ON FIRE!" She screamed.

Danielle turned the water off, having just finished rinsing herself off. She wrapped a towel around herself and poked her head out.

"What do you mean...Oh My God!" Danielle screamed as she saw her room filled with smoke.

Tree took the opportunity to grab the towel clad girl and hustled her out of the room.

"Quick, it isn't safe in here! We gotta get out of here." Tree said.

"Uh, good thinking. ANYBODY HERE? GET THE FUCK OUT! I'M NOT GONNA BE RESPONSIBLE IF ANY OF YOU BITCHES DIE IN HERE!" Danielle shouted.

Tree rolled her eyes and brought her outside, joining the other girls staring at the house. The fire truck arrived five minutes later, and questioned Danielle. Tree watched as the flustered girl tried to answer their questions while only wearing a towel. She chanced a look at her phone, which she clutched in her hand in a **** grip.

"Shit! I gotta get to class. Save whatever you can! I'm sure the college will cover the damage, right?" She said as she walk-jogged away.

Tree followed closely behind so as to watch Danielle's progress, and only intervene when she absolutely had to. For now, she wanted to see how things play out.
