The doctor returns with the nurse.

Dr. Chase came back into the room with the nurse who was holding an electronic tablet. That doctor sat down and pointed her pen directly at what appears to be a freckle on the head of your dick.

"Look at this," she said to the nurse.

The nurse bent down to examine your dick and said, "That looks like it could just be a freckle."

"That could be, but we should make sure," said the doctor, "Take a photo of it."

Before you can say anything, the nurse snaps a photo of your dick with the tablet before you can even say anything.

"Also, take a photo of that red spot on his right gluteal," Dr. Chase said to the nurse.

"That's a birthmark ," you protest.

"Maybe," said Dr. Chase, " but we should keep an eye on it.

The nurse snaps a photo of your butt.

"Now I need you to hold up your penis," the doctor says.

You do this and watch her inspect your privates.

"Now hold up your scrotum," she says.

You comply and then she says, "now let your scrotum down and continue to hold up your penis."

You do this and the doctor reaches out and presses her pen flat across your dick pinning it to your stomach.

"Come here," she says to the nurse.

You watch as the doctor points at a small bump on the underside of your dick and says to the nurse, "take a phot of this."

The nurse snaps another photo.

The doctor turns back to your chart. You look over at the nurse to see that she's clearly flipping back and forth on the table checking out your dick and butt. She sometimes expands the photos. You aren't sure but you think she has a smirk on her face. You realize that your face is beet red with embarrassment.

"So that is probably just a freckle, but I want to do a biopsy just to make sure," said Dr. Chase turning towards you with a needle. She held up the needle and says to you, "Now when I do this I have two requests that will make this much easier on you. First, to do this I am going to have to touch your penis. Try no to get aroused as this will hurt much more. Second try not to flinch to badly when I stick the needle in."

With that she took the her latex gloved fore finger and middle finger placed them behind the head of your dick. Staring at your dick with intense concentration she stabs the needle into the freckle. An intense shock of pain goes through your body starting at the head of your dick. Dr. Chase draws the needle back a little and then pulls it out. Immediately a droplet of blood starts forming on the head of your dick. The nurse starts wiping off your dick with an **** swab as soon as this happens.

"Okay, now for the hernia examination" said Doctor Chase.

She reached down slowly cupped your testicles with her right hand and stared intently at you privates.

"Now turn your head and cough," she orders you turn your head and cough.

The nurse then says to you, "All that's left is the urine sample. There's really no need for you to go to the bathroom."

She hands you the urine sample cup.
