The Team Find Velvet and Coco.

The accursed Team were on their way back to their dorm rooms. They were going to have their fun but, since they didn't know what they may end up saying or thinking, they didn't want to continue with a big crowd around. They may upset someone.

Down the way of the hall, the girls saw two recognizable figures: Coco, who was standing over a squatted-over Velvet. The latter girl had clearly got away from Cardin and, this time, it must have really gotten to her.

The girls felt their hearts go out to the girl. Even Weiss and Blake, who thought she kind of deserved to be bullied, took no pleasure in seeing the young woman cry.

"It feels good to see Velvet upset," Yang said, unprompted, before knocking herself upside the head, knowing what she had just done. A second later, however, she just looked on at the crying girl with a pleased smile on her lips.

Weiss went to scold the blonde. "Yang, you just triggered yourself again. We shouldn't be careful what we say. We must say whatever comes to mind."

Sure enough, Weiss found herself being a lot less concerned with what Yang had unknowingly done. In fact... she had a thought. They should leave Velvet to cry it out and -

"We should go over to Velvet and add fuel to the fire. Make her cry even more. What do you think, Yang? Blake?"

The girls weren't going to give that a response, of course. They knew they may something that would upset Velvet. Yet, they felt almost compelled to answer.

"That sounds like a terrific idea, Weiss. Velvet is such a sour bitch. I'd love to upset her and watch her cry."

"I would definitely want to make her day worse. We absolutely should."

Ruby was not involved in this discussion. No matter what was going on with them, the red girl was still confident of one thing. She wanted to make people feel better. Not worse. Velvet needed to be cheered up. Ruby wasn't great with words; Hell, she didn't care about what this curse did to her. However, she had to try.

Choosing to ignore the ire of Coco and set her attention on Velvet, Ruby approached her to console her as best as she could.

"Hey Velvet. Uh. How are you feeling?" Ruby asked to the rabbit Faunus.

The look she received was one that the girls were unfamiliar with seeing on the girl. Impatience and anger. It seemed that the rather timid girl was upset at them, also.

"I heard what you girls said about me back there. How do you think I'm feeling?" Velvet began, satisfied to leave it as that.

However, Velvet found herself continuing on, adding, "I feel... FANTASTIC. Becoming a victim to Cardin's insults and cruelties alone has been joyful enough but to know that the people I thought were friends said that I deserved it all... I'm so happy I've got such good friends."

Clamping her mouth shut and scrunching her face in embarrassment, Velvet tried to reason to herself where that had come from. Then again, Team RWBY had been really good friends to her and Team CVFY for the most part. Sure, they had not interfered with Cardin's bullying but... Velvet enjoyed being bullied by Cardin. She felt great about it... Maybe Team RWBY were right about her deserving it.

Velvet's mood changed and she smiled glowingly, the tears in her eyes making her eyes sparkle in delight as she clutched Ruby in a hug.

"You girls are the best!"

"Aww shucks, Velvet."

Coco, who was sternly looking at the girls with a fury in her eyes that she had only given to Grimm and the worst of humanity, took then to speak up.

"Velvet! Don't fucking forgive them for what they did. They don't deserve that. Get mad at them, for goodness sake."

She then pointed toward Ruby and her approaching teammates, continuing, "And you all can get lost. I don't want to see your Faunus-hating faces anywhere near my team."

"I hate the Faunus," Blake attempted to deny.

Weiss, spotting this, interjects, "What she means to say is that Faunus should be ashamed of themselves. I really agree with her. I- I mean... Yeah. Faunus and Humans aren't equal. Wait, uh... All Faunus are beasts, inferior in every way. N-n-Absolutely! They're happy to be treated badly, 'cause they like knowing their place. Don't you two agree?"

Weiss wanted so desperately to stop but... nah, why should she need to be careful about what she said. She was fine just saying whatever, of course. Although, she imagined that the consequences for this will be devastating.

We'll probably get expelled and our reputations will be ruined forever. Stupid Schnee.

Coco and Velvet seemed tremendously outraged... Even so, what they responded with was:

"I agree wholeheartedly. I am delighted with you, Schnee. Humans and Faunus are not equal. It's stupid to try and treat Faunus like Humans, when they love to be treated like mongrels."

"I can believe you, Weiss. Everything you just said was so... right. I don't want to be seen as just a regular person. I should be looked down on or ridiculed. I am inferior and proud of it. I love being called an animal."

Coco gave out a sigh. "I am still a little angry with you girls but, hey, why should I care that you made Velvet cry, right? Man, you are the best, Schnee. I'll be taking the Rabbit here back to apologize to Cardin for talking back. See you around, gals."

The fashionista then grabbed onto Velvet's right ear and began tugging her along to follow her.

The Rabbit girl in question took a moment to look back at the team that had, only moments ago, drove her to tears, and cutely wave back with a joyful smile, before the two disappeared behind a corner.

The RWBY girls were more surprised than anything else. How had they said that and meant it? It was like they were under the same curse as they were. But they weren't changing everything they said; only some things. Were they spreading their curse around? Was it prolonged exposure at close proximity? Had they done something else to trigger it?

All these questions flitting around in their heads and they dared not speak, lest-

"That wasn't strange, right?" Weiss, of course, said. She had to speak her mind, after all, caution be damned.

Once again, the girls suddenly felt they had to answer.

"It was perfectly normal."

"Not strange, at all."

"Coco and Velvet are always like that. Weiss, c'mon. You keep triggering yourself," Ruby said,

"Oops. I'm not sorry."

"Let's get back to our dorms. Then we can have as much wild fun as we want without upsetting anyone."
