The Quest starts and they lose their Items. ALL their items.

After accepting the quest the text box disappeared and an ethereal light surrounded Asuna and Kirito. The pair were about to be to be teleported to the first location of their scavenger quest.

"See you on the other side, hon," Kirito said smiling to his wife.

"Right back at you Kirito-kun," Asuna said smiling back. Then the couple were ingulfed by the light as they were teleported.

When the light faded it took a second for Kirito to regain his sight. They were no longer in the dungeon instead he were outside with the son beating down on him. Looking around he saw a seemingly endless field of flowery hills. Kirito instantly recognized this location they were on floor 47. Kirito remembered traveling here with Silica a while back to help her complete a quest. The 47th floor really was beautiful. A great place to spend with a significant other.
