So now, the peoples of the Axeman City have come to accept the garrison from the Orange Kingdom and the administration by Finance Minister appointed by King James II as the King's Commissioner of the Axeman City while Port Williams' citizens welcomed their status as the Orange Kingdom's protectorate with warmer reception.

As for the Orange Kingdom itself, this divine punishment that befallen upon the Jackson Free State led to the officials and the nobles within the Royal Government alike to convince the royal family that it is time to proclaim a new name for the kingdom to symbolize this expansion along the rivers.

And so, the Kingdom of Utrecht is proclaimed, naming after one of the oldest cities in the Netherlands in its honor and also because of the kingdom's location appeared to be located down the river.

Eventually, these developments made it back into the now greatly weakened Jackson Free State, which caused the friction between its inhabitants with those who had been pretending to only believe in such hateful beliefs finally stopped doing so and began coming out in the open to challenge such beliefs. And while it might not happened in this generation, the seeds for the civil war had already been laid under the nose of its new President, Oliver Barnley, who is now the undisputed leader of the Jackson Free State and he is rather concerning with consolidating his administration than caring about the friction that is happening within his nation's society.
