The Order of Horizon

"We're going to be the Order of the Horizon." You declared firmly. It was something you'd had a lot of time to think about. So many names flowed through your mind until you had settled on that one. You wondered how well calling yourself the Order of Order would have worked out but that would have been almost as silly as calling yourself the Order of Squirrels.

"Then I name you Jane Delis, Grandmaster of the Order of the Horizon. Master of the Frontier and guardian of the faithful." You felt ice run through your veins for a moment leaving you cold, missing something that had been a constant presence ever since your ascent to knighthood. Then it came back like a raging inferno. Greater than ever before. You weren't sharing it yet. You would soon but for now, you let it wash over you like a tide sweeping away all doubt. All weakness.

Now. You were truly a Grandmaster.
