The Next Morning...

When you wake up, you are surprised to find Lisandra at your door. "Oh, hello" you say awkwardly, remembering last night's situation. Lisandra looks equally embarrassed, which is quite a change from her normal sensual but mature bearing. "Good morning my lord. I... just want to apologize for what happened last night." You open your mouth to tell her an apology is not needed, but she is brazen enough to interrupt. "Please, let me finish. I was a bit addled in my grief at the time. As you well know, I loved your father, not just physically. I just wasn't in my right mind, and I feel blessed that you had sense enough to keep things from going any further." She stands there, looking much more collected now after giving her speech. "Yes, thank you Lisandra. Now, unless there's anything else..." you trail off, hoping to slip away.

"Actually," she begins, holding out a hand to stop you from running off. I would like to say something else, if you will hear me." Out of politeness you agree to listen. She takes a deep breath before continuing. "Despite the illicit nature of our relationship, what your father and I had was a beautiful thing. I mean no offense to your mother, but we all know there was no love lost between them. You are a man now, of age, and I think you should have something like your father and I had. Not with me of course, but-" She cannot finish her sentence, bringing a fist to her mouth to stifle a sob. "Before your father met me and brought me into this life, I had a child out of wedlock" she says, sounding on the brink of tears. "It is my great shame to admit, but I left her in the care of her grandparents so that I could take on the role of royal mistress. Thus, I was thinking, perhaps-" she says, stopping to fight back her tears.

It is obvious the direction she is going, even if she can't finish. She wants to set you up with her daughter as your potential mistress. Is that something that interests you?
