The Great Impregnation Conspiracy

This conspiracy has the sole intent of getting our protagonist pregnant. Who the father is doesn't particularly matter, though obviously male participants who find her attractive will be motivated to take that honor for themselves. However, it is generally agreed that outright carries too much of a risk of serious injury or exposure of the conspiracy, so few if any men will try something so direct. Pretty much anything else however is on the table, as long as it gets her nice and pregnant. And once she is, everyone's going to have a vested interest in keeping her that way until she carries the baby to term.

When she does deliver the child though, the conspiracy won't care too much what she decides to do with it. They'll be too busy figuring out how they're going to get her pregnant again... and whether they should try for twins this time.
