The Dark Elves are alerted to the attempted sneak attack led by Cielina and Devona, forcing you to act fast.

Trying to get a group of raw recruits to sneak behind a group of Dark Elves is definitely a high-risk, high-reward task, but one that you were willing to take, in an attempt to drive off the Dark Elves. But traversing up the steep terrain is proving difficult for the new women's brigade, despite the best efforts of the High and Wood Elves, as well as the Amazons and the female Frost Knights. In fact, a few of the Dark Elves pick up the sounds of falling rocks, and the gasps and grunts of the warrior women. Once they're spotted, they sound the alarm, making the matriarch draw out her whip that has many wavy blades on them, a bladewhip, and she shouts out commands to the archers on the cliffs.

"Trying to sneak your inferior troops behind us, human?" The spokesman tells you, as he draws out his twin swords. "Nice try!"

Acting fast, you grab your shield, and command your escort to form a shield wall, deflecting as much of the incoming crossbow bolts as they can. Now you have no idea of how close your female troops are to the top of the cliffs, but you know they'll soon be under a rain of crossbow bolts, if it is not happening now. You can hear the matriarch shouting out more commands, and the succubus, Zrixsya, tightening her grip on Arin, as she shouts something to the matriarch in what must be the demonic language. It doesn't take long before you see the mages work to open a demonic gateway for Zrixsya to pass through. Clearly, you must make a choice, knowing that you could lose at least one of the potential suitors, or all three of them, or even lose your life in the process. Moreso, the longer you wait, the more fortified the Dark Elves' front line become, as they form a wall between you and Arin, along with the rain of crossbow bolts.
