The Cliche “Naked Episode” (Various)

With the advent of ENF as a norm in television, film, electronic media and advertising, conventions of story structure and narrative elements were forever supplied with some new pillars to lean upon.

Enter the endless trend of the “Naked Episode”- everyone was doing it. The “Naked Episode” was a reoccurring trope where an episode, despite or maybe because if it’s story content, would feature the following: unexplained or integral full nudity from an entire cast, the female cast, or even just a solitary female, and an often realistic reaction from these naked characters. Network television had been more lenient about its censorship, but some episodes were censored; a “Naked Episode” on Netflix or on ENF-TV was more likely to show either full frontal or whatever a character couldn’t cover with objects or their two hands.

The reaction to these episodes, despite their presence all over media, was always largely positive. Some actresses looked forward to a quirky nude romp on set, others were nervous but knew it to be inevitable, and others still just wanted it over and never to have to see their own episode.

In fact; one of the largest admitted problems from actresses was sore arms from covering their bare breasts and privates , take after take, after take.
