"I see you have awakened. I'm quite sorry you have to wake up this way, so I'll make it quick." Despite her apologetic behavior, her voice sounded like she's practically reading off a script with how depressed her tone is.

"You are currently trapped in my realm, everything in here is detached from reality so your physical body has not changed. That mage, Citrinas had transplanted me, a dungeon core in your body for whatever reason she may have."

"U-understood." I replied, still confused.

"You are the "champion" of Carnachias, correct?"

I nodded.

"Your physical body is still in Ruyanei, rest assured. I am what is called "The Ancient Dungeon Core", it appears that we will both reside in the same body, enchancing your combat capabilities by a thousand fold. This might be the real intention of Carnachias." She appears to be in deep thought.

"That sounds more like what Mel would do."

"Excuse me? Mel?"

"Yeah, Mel. As in Melanoche? Right?"

"N-no, as far as I understood there is no such dark god named like in such manner. Carnachias was the only dark god who came and ..." she cutted off her sentence "well, I don't want to talk about it."

The mood in the room became quite depressing, even a socially awkward degenerate like you can tell. She may not want to talk about her past right now, so you probably shouldn't poke too hard. Her appearance was a sight to behold. I'd say probably on par with Citrinas (man, tsk, where are the beautiful girls in my past life?), she's wearing a white short dress (don't know much about fashion) with gloves that seems to be pretty long to be a normal glove (lol). Her metal-like boots fits perfectly with her fairy-tale-ish appearance. Almost like...

"An Angel?" She asked.
"Yeah, like an angel." I replied nonchalantly.

She chuckled, that was the first time that she looked pleased in our whole meeting.

For now, you wouldn't be that much different from when you had left the entrance to my dungeon, the cave that you woke up from. I don't know how long I can still keep you here, so I'd teach you the basics if you want to survive in this world." She gestured with her hand and a digital board came out of thin air.
