Test if you can fix yourself

You turn on your computer, excited that you may have finally found the thing you had been hoping to find your whole life. You open the program and the words "Master PC" appear on screen as it boots up, then a menu appears with various options.

You need to make sure it works and you look down at yourself. You nod, knowing what you need to test, but aware not to get your hopes up.

You navigate through the menus trying to find what you want. It doesn't take long before you find the people menu. You quickly search for yourself and click on the first name. Suddenly the search menu disappears and is replaced by a naked 3d render of yourself, slowly turning around to show the whole body, along with a side menu on the right with various options of things to change.

At first you're a little overwhelmed and blink yourself back to reality. Then, you go to the body tab and look through the various options, not caring about most of them for the moment, you could come back to them to make yourself perfect later. Right now, you wanted to fix your body and repair the damage from the accident. It took a little while, but you eventually found the option to repair your spine and facial scar tissue.

You smile and try to get out of your wheelchair. Nothing. You still couldn't feel your legs. You can't help it and start tearing up. As much as you knew this could be a scam, you so hoped it to be real. This was heart breaking. You angrily try to close the program when a pop-up appears asking if you want to save your changes.

You stare at the screen, blinking and wiping your tears. Nervously you move the mouse and press yes. You look around. Nothing really seemed any different. Slowly, you reach up and touch you face. You can't feel your scar. You try to stand, pushing against the chair with your arms, scared your just gullible. You stand in front of your computer. You can stand!

"YES!" You shout and start dancing around your room. You can dance! You sit back in your chair and relax for a moment; taking in your new reality. Then, your brain rushes through all of your fantasies, they could all be real. But, where to start?
