What's your Name?
Zia
As a young girl you were incredibly smart and friendly, and it looked like you would do great things. Then, when you were 8, your dad was driving you home from school and a drunk driver collided with your car. Your dad was killed and it left your scarred for life - both mentally and physically, becoming permanently paralysed from the waist down and leaving your cheek scarred.
Things only got worse from there. Your mum blamed you for your dad's death, which only caused you to withdraw further. Other kids also bullied you for your disability. To cope, you began thinking about fantasies where the world was a utopia, and began watching a lot of movies and TV shows just so you could think of another world, any other world.
As a teenager, you discovered you loved girls, which only led to more teasing. You began to focus more on your fantasies, and ended up doing worse in school. You never got a girlfriend because you could never work up the courage to talk to your crushes. You only managed to keep one friend, who you'd known since before the accident, and as soon as you could, you moved out with her. Now you just don't know what to do with your life and just keep wishing the world was different.
