Tell her everything

You decide to tell her everything that transpired, and hope she won't kill the messenger. So you dial her number, she picks up withing three rings. Obviously she has been anticipating this.

'Hey, did you go to the meeting?' she asks.

'Yes I did,' you answer through the transmitter. 'I just walked out of there.'

'So, tell me, how did it go?'

You tell her everything that happened, to the last detail. Even that you asked out the receptionist, because you thought it might be helpful. When the tale is done, you're left with silence from the receiver. After a few too many moments, you ask;

'Are you still there?'

A little distantly, she answers;

'Yes. Yes, of course. Um... shit. I'm a bit taken aback. Actually, do you to come over and show me the footage?'
