Talk to Nora!

{if@ Gammod == False}Nora said it was alright to meet her in here right? Yeah, totally! You should see what she's up to, as she leans elegantly against the Arena's stands across the tent from you.{endif}

{if Time == 6}"Heehee... Hi Nora." You giggle nervously as you step towards her. The crowd around you is still shocked, but they part and go back to their business as you walk up to where Nora leans against the stands (the crowd keeping a curious eye on you all the while).

"Hello Debbie." Nora replies sweetly, a glint of humour in her eye. "Was there something you wanted to talk with me about?"

{elseif Time == 7}Nora's across the way in the tent right now, leaning against the stands and looking across the people filling the tent with a smile. Some people are sparring off to the side, while a coach wearing gloved pads watches them closely and yells out advice. Nora reclines back, arching her spine, and seems to just be breathing it all in.

"Ummm.... H-hi Nora!" You wave awkwardly as you approach. She turns her head to look at you under lazy eyelids as you get closer, but seems to perk up when she recognises you.

"Debbie, how lovely." She smiles sweetly at you. "What ever can I help you with?"

{elseif Time == 8}Nora's across the tent, leaning back against the seating stands and keeping a watchful eye on the Arena. She looks like she's got something on her mind, but as you get closer she spots you and her partly-furrowed-brow face turns into a big, warm, heart-melting smile.

"Debbie." She greets you with a small nod and a coy smile. "Something on your mind?"

{elseif Time == 9}Nora's in her usual spot leaning against the Arena's seating stands. At the moment, she's looking down at her shoes. You walk up to her, giving a big overhead full-arm wave.

"Hello Nora!" You smile as you approach.

"Debbie, how wonderful to see you!" She says without looking up. "Something you want my help with?"

"Well, I- whatcha doing?"

She lifts her head to look at you, then beams with a smile so big her eyes have to close.

"Oh, it's no bother! I was just watching some ants try to crawl over my shoe. Now, what can I do for you?"

Oh, alright! You don't see any ants, but that's probably because they're small.

{elseif Time == 10}"Debbie!" You yell.

Nora, leaning with her back against the Arena stands, looks up at you as you stomp your way over to her using your biggest steps. Clomp, clomp, clomp.

You stop right in front of her bemused face, digging your heels into the grass floor with a final, powerful step.

"Is here!" You finish proudly.

"Okay." Nora says.

{elseif Time == 11}"Hello Nora!!" You call out, running up to her with some big overhead arm-waves. "We fought monsters today!"

Nora gives you a pleased smile. "I'm very proud of you Debbie, it sounds like you had a lot of fun."

"Yes, but only retrospectively."

"That's common. What can I do for you?"

{elseif Time == 12}"Nora!" You shout, sprinting up to her excitedly. "Nora!!"

She turns to you and gives you a pleased smile. "Hello, Debbie. What is it?"

"If you swap the vowels in your name, it'd sound like Narrow!"

"....Hm." Nora thinks on it for a second. "I suppose you're right. Was there.... anything else?"

{elseif Time == 13}"Hey Nooorraaaa~" You giggle excitedly, running up to meet her. You're giggling because you saw her working out earlier, when she's normally just in the Arena during lunch and the evenings, so you feel like you've been let in on a big secret.

"Hello again, Debbie." Nora says, giving you a pleasant smile. "What's got you in such a good mood?"

"I'll never tell." You respond teasingly, before breaking into another fit of giggles.

"That being the case, what can I do for you?" Nora replies, seemingly unphased by your knowledge of secrets. But you can tell it's just an act.

{elseif Time == 14}"Hey Nora!" You call out, patrolling your way across the tent to where she stands, leaning against the crowd stands for watching the fights. She turns to you with a small smile.

"Hello, Debbie." She says. "You seem in a good mood."

You finish your final step with a big stomp onto the ground, for drama, probably a bit closer to Nora's torso than your face should normally be. But that's no problem, since she's your cuddle buddy now, and you can't exactly take a step back after finishing with such a big stomp.

"I slept very well!" You explain. "After.... sleeping a bit not well. But I am well rested!"

Nora gives a polite nod, and leans down just a bit to kiss the top of your head. Eep! She leans back and smiles at your burning up bright-red face as you take a quick step back. "So, how can I help you?" She asks.

{elseif Time == 15}"Nora!" You call out, waving your arm over your head in a big wave. She's leaning against the ringside crowd stands, like she is most of the time you see her in here, and responds with a polite nod.

"Debbie." She says in greeting, once you're close enough to hear her normal volume speaking voice. "How was your day?"

Hmmm....

Her pleasant smile leaves her face for a second and turns into a slight frown, leaning in close to your face. "Why are you so flushed?"

"Ah!" You leap back, waving your arms in the air defensively. "Don't look! My day was great, I promise!"

Nora leans back, a bit puzzled, but doesn't press you any further. Phew. You get back into a normal posture, and dust yourself off carefully.

"Well, I'm glad to hear that. So, are you just here to say hi before wrapping up for the night, or can I help you with something?"

{elseif Time == 16}"Nora!" You shout, rushing over to her as she stands in her usual position.

{if NoraSaveDay9 == 1}"Oh, hello Debbie- oof!" You wrap your arms tightly around Nora's waist on impact, embracing her in a big hug that seems to wind her temporarily. "Hello Debbie." She says in a more strained voice, putting a hand on the top of your head.

"Thank you so much!" You shout again, pressing your face against her midsection for the hug. You constrict her a bit harder, before pulling away your head and looking up at her with bright, starry eyes, arms still wrapped around her. "You totally saved me!"

Nora grimaces, and nods. "Mm-hm." She says, patting you on the head. "Did. Did do that. We talked about it at the time. Let me go now please."

"Alright!" You pull yourself away, but still stand right up close to her. "Don't you like cuddles, though?"

Nora's eyes bug for a second, and her head whips around -- luckily, nobody's nearby at the moment. She turns back to you, serious.

"Very much." She says in a serious whisper. "But not in public! And not... so hard."

Oh, got it. You feel bad, so you move up to her again to hug her more gently in recompense. She starts to resist at first, but then stops, and lets you gently snuggle up against her and rock slowly from side to side for a few seconds before pulling away.

Nora sighs, contentedly, a smile on her face. "I'd say that makes us even." She says. "Now, is there anything else I can help you with, or was that all for now?"{else}"Oh, hello Debbie." She says with a smile. "Good to see you again."

Your heels screech on the ground as you stop in your mad dash, just in front of her, panting heavily from the exertion.

"Hi!!" You shout.

Nora nods down at you, smiling. "Yes. Hello."

Phew.... you still haven't fully caught your breath, so you just stand in front of her panting like that for a while. Maybe you should've only started running once you were inside the Arena tent, instead of so early....

"Can I help you with anything?" Nora suggests, helping move the conversation along.{endif}

{elseif Time == 17}"Nora!" You call out, running up to greet her.

"Debbie." She says back in more of a regular volume than a call, with a polite nod. She also doesn't move to meet you in the middle, which means you have to run all the way up to her by yourself. Geez, is this an unbalanced relationship? You slow down to a light jog as you get closer, thinking it over....

....

N-nope! She just smiled at you, with her beautiful sparkly galaxy eyes. Now you remember, it's actually unbalanced in the other way. Y-you should do something nice for her! Should you buy her flowers? No, dinner? No, dinner and flowers?

"What can I help you with?" Nora asks with her melodic voice, melting away your worries.

Ah, that's right.... she's a benevolent queen. You give her leg a nice little hug before you talk to her about what's on your mind.
