Take the middle path

The middle path continues with the footsteps of countless goblin feet marked on the ground. The trees here are also scarred with crude and obscene carvings.
But then you spot it: a faint, narrow fork, like a detour, marked only by tiny, hurried footprints with no carvings.

The wild forest awaits you beyond the paths, where thorns and dense vegetation could hide terrible creatures.

You can:
Stick to the main path with stealth, and prepare for ambushes or traps.
Follow the smaller path, maybe you can encounter fewer goblins here.
Abandon the trails and cross the wild woods, risking to encounter other savage creatures.
