Susan wants to know what you bought

"So what did you buy?" Susan asked pointing to the bag sitting at the end of the bed

"Oh it's nothing really" Susan rolled her eyes

"Oh come on you can tell this is a safe environment" I hesitated for a bit. I suppose there is no harm in it.
