Susan is now Marcie's ""

Marcie spoke with Marel.

"I'm afraid, I will require your **** Susan"

"What? Why?"

"I am your Empress and you will obey" said Marcie.

Marcie realised that she had just made an enemy of Marel. Could this have been Susan's plan. That she'd make Marcie do things that would cause her allies to turn against her?

"You do realise that I have now made an enemy of Marel?" Marcie told Susan.

Susan was naked and receiving oral from an equally naked Gina. Marcie had planned on forcing a gag on Susan so she couldn't give any commands but this apparently counted as harming someone and her body was unable to do so.

Afterwards Susan gave her and Gina specific commands not to harm her in any way. Marcie thought it was unnecessary as she already commanded them not to harm anyone and her inability to gag her stopped her.

She also commanded Marcie to tell everyone that no one was to harm her as she was Marcie's property.

"I can't risk her wrath" said Susan, "even if she says she's forgiven me. She might not have meant it. But onto other important matters. What are your policies?"

"You're the empress" said Susan, "what is your tax policy"

"Everyone pays 10% of their lunch money. Not just the weak pushovers, everyone gets treated equally"

"Well, its better than 100% they had to pay before" said Susan, "but what if they can't pay? And I don't mean refuse, I mean legitimately can't"

"They offer up their clothes as payment" said Marcie, "Cutie made sure they'd have their gym clothes for when they walk home, considering the weather"

"Frank, I think" said Marcie.

"Can we just call him Frank" said Susan, "it sounds weird calling him Cutie"

"Fine, don't want to appear outta character" said Susan, "what about bullying?"

"I outlawed it"

"Everyone 'outlaws' it" said Susan, "tell me the actual policy"

"We severely punish them, along with non-reporters and bystanders"

"So if the victims are too scared and you find out, they get punished?"

"Its brutal but it has to be done"

"But a lot of the things you and your cronies did qualify as bullying. Would that get reported?"

"That was for the greater good and mostly just punishing-"

"So what would stop someone from claiming they are acting under your orders? The victim wouldn't report it because they'd think you'd severely punish them. If the bully was someone you trust, like Marel or Rina, they could convince you that they lied about it. Or someone could false report a bullying and get someone wrongly punished"

Marcie saw that Susan had a point.

"We'll cross that bridge when we come to it" said Marcie, "From intelligence gathered, most of the remaining bullies work for the Tyrants"

"Tyrants?"

"They're more like terrorists, they're a rebel group"

"Oh, those" said Susan, "I heard they were a response to the bigotry, especially from Marel and Rina. Maybe, the boys in this school could be useful allies"

"I'm trying to not have this turn into a Gender War"

"Its just funny that girls like that say all kinds of shit about boys and yet almost all of my bullies had been my own gender. Oh my god, do I have internalised misogyny or something? What about Gina's punishment?"

"It was Lindsey's turn to decide. It was difficult to make it something not too ****. Gina will be the Lunch Loony"

"You'll tell them that Gina will receive no punishment. Make some excuse"
