Surprisingly...nothing much.

Considering how drama and action packed the last few days had been, Eliza had almost forgotten what a regular day felt like. Class was as normal and boring as ever, but it was actually a nice change of pace to say the least. The distinctive hunger she had felt lingering in the back of her mind was also nowhere to be found, there being no type of desire that was controlling her thoughts or actions. Even Jason had started texting her again, it was almost as if everything had went back to the way things were before. Well, almost everything.

Eliza could tell that people were staring at her when she walked by. Their eyes would track her if they were subtle, silently looking her over. The more obvious people would turn their neck to gawk at her, not trying to hide their attraction. That was something that Eliza was unsure of actually. Had she become more attractive? Before she had always pinned it to her aura blasting peoples senses, but even when she was taught how to contain it, it still kept happening. She would still turn heads, gather looks, garner **** glares. This made Eliza slightly uncomfortable as she'd always been one to lay low and blend in with the crowd. Though, a small part of her did almost enjoy it. A very, very small part.

She did her best to ignore the stares she was collecting, trying to go about her day as normal. Her new friend Chloe was nowhere in sight, being absent from their class today. Eliza was actually looking forward to seeing her, finding her easier to talk to than most, so it saddened her when she didn't show. Not much thought was put into it however, as there's always a multitude of possible reasons one would miss class. Hell, she had missed her first class of the day too, she had no right to talk.

Besides the extra eyes, Eliza was able to make it home without anything difficulty. Unlocking her door, Kat was still on the couch where Eliza had left her. She was munching on a bag of chips, which she offered as Eliza flopped down on the armchair next to her. Never one to decline food, she took a small handful and popped one into her mouth.

"Welcome back sweetie, I see you've gotten a handle on containing your aura."

"Yeah, took me a while but I think I've gotten a handle on it."

"Perfect, then I believe you're ready for the next stage, finer aura manipulation. You've actually have done some of it already, when you concentrated your essence around your eyes."

"Oh, you mean aura vision." Kat paused, not responding right away. She gave Eliza a curious glance, raising an eyebrow.

"I...suppose you could call it that. I guess it really doesn't have a name, so sure, aura vision it is. Anyway I actually have an idea on how to quickly teach you, but we'll have to wait for tonight."

"What's your plan then?" Eliza asked, unsure if she should be excited or scared considering who these words were coming from.

"I can't tell you, I wanna make it a surprise." On that scale from excited to scared, Eliza found herself landing somewhere in the 'slightly concerned' category. The last time Kat had surprised her she couldn't walk straight after it was all said and done. Eliza could only hope that Kat had nothing devious planned for her. Figuring worrying about it would do her no good, Eliza grabbed her book and lost herself in the pages. The rest of the day passed by with nothing to note. Kat and Eliza not interacting much throughout the day, both content of doing their own thing. It wasn't until the sun started to set did Kat jump up, glancing at Eliza.

"Well, if you're ready I think it's about time we head out."
