"Okay, sure we can do that," Ethan thinks, "Like now?"

Charlie's face turns red. "N-" she stifles herself, sputtering, "No! Not... Now!"

Ethan faux frowns, finding her reaction endearing, "So when?"

"Like.... Later..." Charlie reaches for her beer, downing it.

"Hmm," Ethan watches her close, relishing being the one making the other uneasy for a change.

Setting her beer down, Charlie lets out a deep sigh. "Okay. Can we... join Ashley and Sam?"

"Huh?" Ethan blinks, "Why?"

"Just to like... Shift gears, you know?"

Sighing, Ethan gets it. Frankly, he does feel a little bit of tension. Glancing over at the other two, Ethan considers his options.
