Although Mercury took little convincing to abandon the stakeout. Or at least to try something else. Even before getting superspeed, sitting around four hours at a time didn't appeal to him. That still left the question of "So, what exactly do you have in mind?"

To Golden Girl, the answer to this was obvious. "Why isn't it obvious? We go on a patrol."

Neither of them knew what they were going to find. Mercury seemed more interested in taking pictures, of himself, of Golden Girl, of the two of them together, than in actually patrolling. GG for her part was honestly enjoying walking around downtown with handsome company while not having to worry about the kids. Even if Jessica kept reminding GG to check her phone every ten minutes.

Still, it seems kind of quite. Granted, she hadn't spent a lot of time in this part of town. It is then that GG notices that they are being followed.

Something that Mercury voices, "We're being followed." as he puts an arm around her waist.

Glancing at them, GG notices that they seem to all be similarly dressed as the men they fought week ago. As in they were all wearing different colored tank tops. "So, how do you want to handle this?"

Giving her a smile Mercury tells her "I think I'll go somewhere, set up the camera, while you lure them into an alleyway.

She did NOT like this idea. "I'm sorry... But why?"

"Well, we need information, right?" When GG nods, Mercury continues his explanation. "One of them must know something, so all we need to do is get them talking. Preferably on camera."

"Ok, but why am I doing this by myself?"

"Because I doubt any of them would talk if they knew they were being recorded. Besides, If I were approached by a hot sexy woman, I would be much more willing to talk if her boyfriend wasn't standing right next to her."

But before GG could say anything else Mercury had already given her a quick peck on the lips and dashed up to the roof of a building. Once in position Mercury gives GG a quick wave while pointing the camera at her.

Wait, boyfriend? She REALLY needs to get him to work on his communication skills. He can't just go and say things like that without at least asking her first.

But that would have to be later. GG starts heading over to a nearby secluded alleyway, giving some of the gangsters a wink and a smile as she does so, doing her best to sway her hips in what she hopes is seductive manner.

A part of her can't help but feel pleased as she notices the young men eagerly follow her into the secluded alleyway. Their intentions and desires are obvious. For her part, GG feels a rush of excitement as her heart starts beating faster.
