Sunday!

I wake up to the sound of someone getting up. I lift my head and look around.

"Sorry Master, I didn't mean to wake you yet." Asami whispers to me. I see she's still wearing her PJs. She must've just woken up too. I think before smiling.

"It's fine, I should start getting ready. It's going to be a busy day." I whisper back before Blinking out of bed. I use my wings to land without making a sound. Since I'm still in the same position when I Blink, I appeared in the air parallel to the ground. I follow Asami out of the room and we find Verona and Gaia waiting for us outside.

"Good morning you two. It's rare to see you here this early." Asami says greeting them as I close the door behind us.

"I wanted to talk to Eric about something real quick. But since I know you'll be busy today, I decided to come early." Verona says.

"Well, I was about to get breakfast going. Would either of you like any?" Asami asks causing the two Goddesses to smile.

"Yes please, I was hoping you'd ask. Neither of us can cook nearly as well as you can." Gaia says causing Asami to chuckle. She excuses herself before leaving to my apartment.

"So what did you want to talk about?" I ask while sitting down across from them.

"I wanted to ask about your future goals from here." Verona replies while Gaia nods.

"That's hard to answer." I say after a moment of thinking. "For now I'm wanting to focus on the Guild. Oh, and graduating from school of course. It's a real pain going to school now. There's so much I could be doing here instead. Not to mention that I rarely learn something there. But as for long-term goals, it'll depend. With the reputation we've earned, we have a lot of eyes on us. We also have a surprising amount of weight to throw around with the other Guilds. Ideally, I'd like to get to know the nearby Guilds. For now though, we'll finish these Ruins. Then we'll go from there." I reply causing Verona to smile.

"Good, we had to ask since the other Light Gods are worried about you. You have enough power to kill a powerful Dark God. If it weren't for us, some of them would've met with you already. Just to see in person if they needed to take you out or not." Gaia adds.

"Really!? Why would they do something like that?"

"Because of your power. Currently, the Lyna world is hidden from the human one. But that can change in an instant. Most Light Gods want things to stay this way. But when new Lyna like yourself appears, an Abnormal who gains mana during life instead of being born with it. They get worried you may try to use it against normal humans. With the power you possess though, they know that they'd need three or maybe four Gods to be able to kill you. That's why they're concerned." Verona explains.

"So basically, they're worried I'd misuse my power and get the Lyna world discovered. Is that right?" I ask causing her to nod.

"Yeah, but now that we know you'll be focusing on your Guild. They'll be more at ease. Since your Guild's new, they were worried you'd use it as a cover of sorts to try and hide your crimes. Once they see your new members and your work on it, they'll relax." Gaia explains.

"Yep, and now that that's done. Eric, what do you want as your reward?" Verona asks me.

"Reward? What for?" I ask back.

"For winning our duel. I told you you could have something since you won. You said we'd talk about it later. So what do you want? I am a Goddess of my word, so don't hold back."

"I don't actually have anything. I thought you were joking when you said that. I didn't really think when I said I had something in mind." I reply causing her to sigh.

"Well, surely you can think of something." Verona says causing me to sigh. I start thinking about what I'd want. After nearly a minute of silence, Verona grunts in frustration. "Fine, we'll put a pin in this for now. If you think of something don't hesitate to ask." She says causing me to chuckle.

"Will do." I say as I sense the mana nearby change. I turn expecting to see Asami appear. Instead, Ayashi appears nearby and looks around. "Ayashi? What are you doing here?" I ask confused.

"I wanted to talk to you, Eric. I'm glad to see you again Verona." Ayashi replies while joining us at the table.

"What about? Did you use the materials I got you already?" I ask, not sure how much the Natures Bounty I gave her had.

"No, that's not it. Verona came up with a great idea the other day. She told me that I should start a company. Thanks to Gaia and Verona, I started it with the government. They think I'm another Light God, so they won't question my age. But now I can earn money for the village's repairs. I'll even be able to buy various magic devices that we couldn't before. Including mana-suppressing devices, that'll make it harder to detect the Primal Source. It'll also allow me to be more public with our meetings. So now if one of your Guild members notices us, they won't question who I am." Ayashi explains.

"That's great. What kind of company did you start?" I ask her.

"It's a medical company. We'll produce and sell various medicines. We'll be using Alchimists and normal doctors and scientists. We'll deal in both human and Lyna medicine." Ayashi replies before Asami appears. She's holding a tray with empty plates and a pot and pan full of food. She sets them down on the table before speaking.

"Good morning Ayashi. We're getting a lot of visitors this morning." Asami says with a chuckle. "Are you going to join us today Ayashi?" Asami asks.

"You mean at the party?"

"Yep. If you've finished setting up your company and finalized everything, then you can tell people you're in a Pact. No one will question it too much, and even if they do they'll be nothing they can do to find out who you really are." Asami replies.

"Would you mind Eric?" Ayashi asks me.

"Not at all, although Asami. Since when did you hear about Ayashis company?" I ask causing her to smile.

"Oh, I heard about it a few days ago when she decided on it. She came by while you were visiting the Dryads to help with their inspection. I helped her with the paperwork she didn't understand." Asami says before we start eating. We continue chatting while we eat.
