Vy spread her arms wide, parting the land with ease as if it were sand and forming a circular platform with jagged edges were Felix and Perdilius stood on. With a twirl of her fingers, this platform rose several feet high just out of reach from the rest. Reta and Nyitzcha ran toward their friend, with Reta getting on her paws, her hind raised as she prepared to pounce.

Vy shook her finger clicking her tongue at the werewolf.

"Ah ah ah, there will be no interruptions here."

Nyitzcha huffed. "Ay! He's bout four heads taller den 'im, how's dat fair?"

"Life's not fair, a woman of your size should be familiar to that, dwarf of dwarves." Vy smiled back through her venomous words.

"Bitch." Nyitzcha muttered back through clenched teeth, crossing her arms as Reta stood back on two legs.

Felix peaked over the edge of the platform, his fingers touching the dagger Spi'Reto gave him tucked into his waist, feeling nervous as the height continued to grow and his friends seemed to shrink in comparison. Vy casually walked forward as chunks of bricks snapped from the walls and roof, hovering toward her as stepping stones one step at a time. Once she stood above them the steps had stopped and began stacking behind her, constructing a polished throne for her to lean back on with one leg over the other. With her chin resting on her palm, she snapped her fingers and the now the platform began to crumble from its surrounding edges.

"Let's make this more exciting, shall we? Give me a show gentlemen, may the Gods show mercy upon you. Now, play."

Felix snapped his head forward as Perdilius charged first, slamming two broad arms down shaking the ground. Looking down he caught Felix crawling between his legs before kicking the back of his knees, forcing him to kneel. Leaping on top, he held his arm around Perdilius' neck and pulled back hard.

"Just submit and make this stop, I don't want to have to kill you!" He grunted, feeling his face turn red through stress.

Perdilius lifted him up and fell back with Felix taking the impact. The **** loosened his grip, Perdilius coughed and staggered back on his feet. "You should have lost your hands the first time we fought, I don't know what source of magic you are using but it is time we test your limits."

Felix looked up to see Vy sitting back waving her fingers at him. Her sight was covered by a large foot stomping down, he rolled over in time to evade its impact. Leaping up, he swung twice at the giant's face and once to his bleeding chest, accompanying his fist with a feral grab where his claws latched into a fresh wound, digging deeper until more red pooled forth. Both men were grunting in pain, Perdilius held onto Felix's arm and pulled back, swinging his body as if he were a whip before slamming him down. Felix felt his consciousness slip away when he felt he was flying, recovering enough control in his body to dig his hand into the stone below. He caught his grip in time to stop himself from falling off the platform, Perdilius was inspecting the nasty wound in his chest in the meantime.

"What are ye doin' lad? Git up der and kick his arse!" Nyitzcha screemed out between cuffed hands.

Felix felt the ground he held onto begin to loosen its grip, the platform had begun to lose another layer. His heart beating a thousand beats a second, he pushed himself to lift enough so that he could swing his other arm and dig his claws down to climb up. He lifted his head above the edge when Perdilius met him with a kick to his face, sending him down as the next layer fell with him.

"As I suspected, nothing but a tragic soul lost in naivety and misfortune. So deeply mislead to believe he loved a monster, what a sick joke that is." Perdilius groaned, his legs struggling to hold his weight. Turning around, he stepped toward the center of the platfirm and raised his head to match Vy's look of amusement. "This of course is of no surprise to you, High One. You knew I would come out victorious, didn't you?"

Vy inspected her fingernails without bothering to look him in the eyes. "Well, I was certain this feud would be quite the experiment. Tell me, what good is a man with power if he lacks the sight to ensure his goals are met?"

Perdilous looked puzzled, raising his eyes with no clear answer to give her. From behind, Felix struggling to climb back up the platform from the opposite side of where he fell. Hurrying back on his feet, he rolled over to his back to catch his breath. Perdilius spun around, baffled at the sight of his return.

"What? Still alive!? Why don't you submit?"

Felix turned around, slowly moving back up while his fingers wrapped around a loose brick. He threw it to him, striking the priest on the head as Felix followed with an **** of punches directed to his flesh wound. Perdilius bent forward, yelling with each strike he took until at last he grabbed onto Felix's waist and tossed him aside without the strength to hurt him. Now Perdilius began to cough hard, his voice becoming hoarse as blood began to stain his teeth. Felix's brown hair was now soaked with sweat, several strands stuck to his forehead as he could see the drops fall from his hair. Brushing it back, he too began to cough when Perdilius pinned him down and began squeezing his neck.

"Don't you see the good that I am doing here? I am ridding this world of ALL monsters! If blind, short-sighted fools like you cannot see this as good, if you mourn their overdue extinction so much, then you can join them!"

"FELIX!" That voice, though he could not see who it belonged to he could recognize it as Reta's. "Thank you for giving me a chance! You took a wolf and gave her a home, even after she tried to claim you by ****. I never thought I could have the gift of calling someone family until you took me in, I need you to fight for me! For KuliKuli! For everyone! Felix nara dekiruyo! Akiramenaide!"

"Do it fer yer wife, do it fer your mate!"

"Do it for all of us!" Felix's eyes widened, was that Na'Vi calling out to him? When did she get here, who else was watching? All he could see was the fading image of Perdilius gritting his teeth and squeezing the life out of him.

"Do it for my daughters, for my beloveds! Save us!" Emyri shouted to him, cheering him on.

"You know, I have always wanted a pet of my own. Someone who could depend on me, and not in a forceful kind of way. I could certainly use the company if you would grant me the privilege of such, little fella. I think I will name you... KuliKuli."

His eyes began to tear up as the memories began running through his head.

"Well, I sort of see what you're doing and I need to tell you, it won't be easy." - Janette

"I know. I know I might get in deep trouble if we're caught, but I can't just let her go. She has memory problems, and I'm worried that she won't be able to handle herself." - Felix

"Is that really what worries you?" - Janette

He could hear his voice and their voices as if he were there, as if somehow he was observing the past six months since he met her.

"She looks hurt, I don't know what to do." - Felix

"You're doing it. Trust me, you're doing it already. You're here for her." - Janette

He shook his head, feeling his lungs begin to succumb to emptiness.

"Next time I'm coming too, monster or not. You can make that promise in return. I love you, and I will protect you." - Felix

"I love you." - KuliKuli

His eyes sprung open in a flash, startling Perdilous as Felix swung his hand across his face. A mist of red sprayed forward as Perdilius shouted in anguish, jumping back and holding his bleeding face. Felix threw a fit of hoarse coughing, feeling his lungs reward him with the gift of oxygen as blood began pumping through his veins once more.

"AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" Perdilius shook his head left and right, wiping away the blood pouring down his face. As he furiously brushed away at his face, Felix stood on his feet, glaring at him. Perdilius slowly turned around with four deep slashes across the left side of his face, blinding his eye. He was at a loss of breath, panting heavily as his hands formed into fists. Without any words, he clumsily swung his arms left and right as Felix dodged with relative ease, the man's large and bulky size now working against him and slowing his momentum. At every opportunity, Felix snuck to his blind spot and threw one punch after another to his face, agitating him and further deepening his wounds. With a bloodcurling cry, Perdilius lifted his arms above his head and slammed them down once more, with Felix rolling away on the floor. The platform had shrunk down to half its size by now, with Vy humming to herself as she carried on watching from above.

Breathing in, Felix relaxed and let himself go as his claws extended and his glowing cat like eyes stared down its prey. Charging on all fours, he was met with a blow from Perdilius sending him to the side. He didn't hesitate to stammer back up, running around to his left side and leaping once more. His claws dug into the thick skin of his back, the young man throwing his head back with a mouth opened wide before sinking his sharp teeth into Perdilius' shoulder. Perdilius cried out in pain, falling down and groaning as Felix lept forward and stood before him.

Wiping his bloodied chin, Felix spat to the side and lifted Perdilius' chin so that they could meet eye to eye. "Submit."

"I would rather die than be **** to live in a world of Monsters." Perdilius snarled, lunging forward with all of his strength drawn to his raised fist. "Than to succumb to such a weakness you call love!"

With one final thrust, Perdilius threw his fist forward as a spray of red mist shot out behind him. Everyone else gasped as blood began to drip from the edge of the platform, Nyitzcha felt her body begin to tremble as she feared for the worst. Reta closed her eyes and sniffed into the air, her wolf ears wiggling with excitement as she beamed and threw her paw into the air. "Yes, YES!!"

Her cheering motivated the others, Nukka smiled as Spi'Reto raised his thumb from where he sat against the wall. Leone fainted a subtle smile as Emyri was careful to stop his bleeding. He coughed and looked into her eyes, reaching for her paw before squeezing. Na'Vi looked shocked, brushing her hair back and catching herself smiling with the others.

Perdilius choked as he found himself struggling to breath. Vy stretched her neck to see something shiny poking out from his back. The priest slowly fell back to reveal a dagger slipping from his heart, the weapon held by Felix's hand. Felix fell to his knees, witnessing the ledge began to shake and crumble taking Perdilius with it. Raz watched as his father fell into the void of endless souls, trapped between their grasps and pulled in further down until he was too far to be seen.

With that, Vy clapped her hands and applauded the young man as the platform began to descend slowly until it reconnected with the others, who hurried to check on their friend. "Well done Felix, you did it! You survived the game, and now comes your reward! Tell me, what is it you wish in this world?"

Felix coughed and fell back into Nyitzcha's arms, with Na'Vi and Reta holding him from each side. He looked up to Janette, to Vy possessing her body and remembered why he was there. Ignoring the burnout exhausting his body into a deep fatigue as his muscles turned to jelly, he closed his eyes in thought before answering her.

"Dimyri, Syri, KuliKuli and Janette. I wish to bring them back."
