Stern → Cowardly

The first thing that comes to mind is to temper the man's... er... temperament, and replace 'Stern' with 'Cowardly.'

The King shifts slightly in his seat. His body slims a bit, his hair becomes much shorter, and he draws his arms slightly closer together but... visually not much else changes about him at all. Well, no matter. I can still do more. Hopefully it compounds as I go.
