Speedster (Superpowered World Route)

Note: in this world, superpowers are known. Many people develop them in their teens or early adulthood. A few exhibit powers at birth.

The current Earth defenders are known as The Global Guardians and are led by:
Strong Man, able to leap tall buildings and lift 100x his weight.
Lasso Lucy, able to ensnare enemies with her lasso, which is enchanted to render anyone tied up with it powerless.

Together, they assemble the best and more powerful individuals to defend Earth from threats both external and within.
