Smalltalk and divine Skills
Meeting up with Caro who stayed for much longer in the bath than I did, was still wet with her nun robe clinging to her as she seemed to have hastily towelled off.
“What’s up with the smile did something good happen?” She asked as I didn’t even notice I was smiling.
“Ah, I just found some old clothes and tried them on out of boredom.”I replied.
“Let me see.” An exciting spark entering her eyes, Caro being extremely bored most of the time.
“Definitely not.” I said.
“Ah, come on don’t be such a prude, it’s not like we haven’t seen each other naked plenty enough.”
Well we did see each other naked during each bath even though I always tried not to stare too openly. Caro while not being that well endowed was definitely attractive even if the nun habit did her quite the injustice hiding her figure a-lot better than mine did.
“I also have some old clothes lying around. Why not try out each other clothes?” She said excitingly.
I was just about to say no but seeing Caro so excited made me reconsider. Seeing her undress and try my things did seem kinda fun even if I am pretty sure non of her clothes would fit me.
Going together to the dinning hall other girls joined in soon enough, unlike me who the girls didn’t avoid but held a respectful distance to. Caro was approached right away by the younger nuns asking her if she could teach them how to do their hair, which she seemed quite skilled at as I saw her help others after the communal bath with their hair.
The monastery accepted new nuns on recommendation though-out the year but there were several new girls who joined in about a month ago.
Those who have finished their education here if they decided to stay with the church that is would be assigned to either a small town or rural village to hold ceremonies, support the village folk and teach the children.
Having your children learn from the local nun or monk was basically the primary education for the majority of common people. They would teach them basic reading and writing skills alongside stories about the Goddess and the importance of the church and danger of demons.
You could call it indoctrination from a young age but considering that demons actually were a threat and the important of the Goddess was paramount I could hardly argue against it.
Alternatively if they proved talented enough and unlocked healing abilities they would go on a pilgrimage with only a few deciding to stay in the same monastery all their lives.
Despite us all going to the same classes we were in fact seniors for our junior nuns who only joined recently.
It was both a blessing and a curse that Claire seems to have dissuaded them from asking her too many questions, as her answers were often too complicated for them to understand yet. If it weren’t for the senior nuns constantly agreeing with me and asking me to verify I would definitely not get those admiring gazes all the while, which felt slightly burdensome considering I actually only knew a little.
I had been skimping through the material just in case so I knew the general outline and remembered some stories and legends which were referenced in game. Things like mathematics were no problem for me and when we trained our abilities under the guidance of the Abbess I could simply trigger the skill not even having to think about how it worked.
I was really thankful for that as the first time I was called to demonstrate something I panicked at first before the skill naturally activated as I said its name.
I really didn’t know how to guide divine power properly but always got praised for my flawless execution simply due to the skill not making any mistakes.
On the other hand I noticed that the Abbess using the same skill could do a-lot more than I could, so there might be some benefit in actually trying to learn how to do it manually instead of relying on the system.
One thing Claire wasn’t missing was abundant divine power so I had plenty of opportunity for trial and error unlike the others who at best could train for an hour a day with most focusing on the easier skills like the basic light spell requiring the least amount of holy power or the more advanced Bless and Purify skill which all nuns needed to learn. Their combined effect might not be as straight forward or effective as divine heal but required far less divine power and could still help people considerably in every day life.
Bless was a buff which held off disease and enhanced a persons stats all around a little bit. Depending on who cast it, it could last for several days and give a significant boost but for these junior nuns here it was already good if they managed to cast it at all and it held for more than half an hour.
Purify on the other hand while unable to heal the target at-least made sure to avoid subsequent infections and helped alleviate the burden on the body by removing foreign things from wounds. It could also be used to cleanse water and the Abbess could even use it to remove stains from clothes and mold from bread and wheat which I couldn’t do with my skill.
She said it was essential in rural villages as the wheat could grow moldy during bad weather conditions and if they managed to learn that skill, it could decide the fate of a village during a bad years harvest.
This was knowledge that didn’t exist in game and that the normal Claire at least as far as I knew never used. She might have done it sometime in the background when she stayed at churches for her pilgrimage and helped villagers but at-least I didn’t remember such a scene and the system skill clearly didn’t know how to do that either.
At least right now I was the only junior nun who could actually use divine heal and was therefore already selected to go on a pilgrimage next year.

Waking up as a heroine
A spicy fantasy story from the opposite site of the Curtain
After a weekend of relentless trial and error, I finally broke her—corrupted her. She was the strongest-willed character in the game, resisting longer than anyone, my favorite by far. I’d barely scratched the surface of her lewd scenes, so many still locked away, taunting me. With exams looming, I figured I’d have to abandon the chase—but fate, it seems, had other plans…
