Slow and Steady

You shake your head, clearing it as you passed Kin with a smile, "Right this way Ms. Tsuchi." As you walk ahead of Kin you feel a sudden sensation that you are being watched, your own eyes turning around and noticing that Kin's eyes were glued to your ass. With a sudden movement Kin turns away, acting as if nothing had happened at all despite the small pinkish tint that light her pale cheeks. With a quiet chuckle you resume leading Kin upstairs, leading her to the room you had prepared for her which gave her a nice view of the dojo out back and the sunset during the evenings. "Wow," Kin said in surprise, looking around the room with a bit of awe, "we were never given anything like this is Otogakure."

You smirk slightly, "I think you'll find Konohagakure offers a bit more of a hospitable environment than Oto." Kin stiffens slightly at your comment and she levels a soft glare at you, "Says you, you try walking down the street every day being called a snake whore." You smile nervously, holding up your hands in defense, "Alright, alright, I understand. What I meant to say was, you will find my home to be accommodating for your rehabilitation process." Seeing that Kin was no longer agitated you chuckled and waved to the light, "We have all of the modern conveniences you would find at only some of the most advanced villages and even some that they don't have. Feel free to ask me about anything you choose while you get accustomed to my home."

Kin nods in understanding, a slight pink spreading across her cheeks as you continue to smile at her, "y-yeah, thanks." She quickly turns away from you, looking instead at the room once more until her eyes fall upon something you had gotten at the very last minute while preparing for her. Sitting on the ledge of Kin's makeshift desk is a pair of knitting needles and some yarn, a spur of the moment decision that you had planned on returning to the store because of doubts over it's success. However, Kin walked over to the needles and the yarn, studying them carefully before turning to you with confused eyes, "Who told you?"

You blink in confusion, "told me what?" Kin looked down at the needles and yarn with a small smile, "I've loved to knit...ever since my mom taught me before she died." Your look of confusion is replaced with a relieved grin, "well to be honest I took a guess, considering how much you used needles with your techniques I thought it might have stemmed from something deeper." Walking up to Kin you put a hand on her shoulder, instantly drawing her attention up into you with a surprised blush lighting her features, "I'm guessing I was right?"

Without warning Kin wraps her arms around you, the needles on the desk before you could even register it as Kin buries her head in your chest. You return Kin's hug quickly, feeling her shapely body pressed against your own causing blood to rush south so far your head spins. Despite the rush you can still hear Kin mumble her thanks, her face in your chest too far to make anything understandable.
