Hm. Lilian took a lot of pride in her 'slender elegant build.' I think she said something to the effect of how a proper noble woman ought to have a properly elegant form, in the same breath she threw shade at Artelle's tits? Or was that one actually a compliment to the serving staff? It's hard to say: I honestly did my best to tune most of her rambling out. Either way, I figure that's the next logical step in making her the very caricature she hates so much so... let's just go all-in and stack a bunch of related adjectives together in the replacement.

Thus, Lilian's 'slender elegant build' is replaced by a 'voluptuous curvy figure with gigantic breasts.'

The room changes first, again. Its walls gain a more polished-black sheen, and the doubled-lamps on either side return to a single shade format while the crystal chandelier above turns brass, and all the panels and molding arch upward to direct the eye toward it. It's honestly a pretty cool look, but it's hard to really take it in when the woman in front of it... changes a bit.

It starts slowly, with her hair binding itself back into twintails, that still frame her breasts. Then her face gets a bit more mature. All white in her dress turns black, and it acquires a tastefully subtle floral pattern to it. Her frilly mantle submits to the stiff and elaborate designs of its neighboring cloth, flattening out and joining the whole. Her ribbon disappears, and the gold brooch affixed to it turns into a small ruby.

Then her bodice explodes..

Lilian's tits swell up like a pair of over-inflated balloons, speed-running straight past 'cantaloupe' into 'actual watermelons' as they eclipse her head in every dimension before finally settling down. For a moment, I get a glimpse of her swollen pink nipples before reality blinks and realizes that somehow her dress should still be covering those, so her neckline bravely attempts to crawl its way back up toward its previous place. It makes a valiant effort, two black cups falling in reverse over either teat and just barely getting over them before running out of material. Then, with valiant effort, her topmost button somehow cinches the two together. Barely, considering the strained 'bowtie' of wrinkles it casts to either side of itself.

Lilian's waist thickens too, as do her hips and - I imagine - her thighs, but the difference is positively tame compared to what I've done to her bust.
