Simple Life ☆

I decided to go out of my room and headed down to the kitchen where mom was waiting, drinking her coffee and apparently talking with herself.

I entered the kitchen, ready to make a big decision "Mom..." i said to her and continued as she was turning around to face me "I thought about it for a long time and i have made a decision"

She seemed excited to know my answer - it was obvious that she cared a lot about me going to college and getting a nice education to get a job and start a family so seeing her face motivated me to say "I want to go to college!!... school, or whatever that was"

She jumped out of her seat with excitement and hugged me for what it felt like hours before finally letting me go and saying "I'm so proud of you!! You have made the right choice, now you are going to go to college we will be able to continue our lives like before"

I replied "Yeah, i hope so, i still need some time to adapt to this new city but i will be ready to go to school again... which starts??"

"Oh right, it starts next week, so i will buy you books and all the things you need to go back to school" she said with a huge smile in her face - she hugged me once again and later kissed my forehead like she always does. I went back to my room and laid down in bed thinking about how things were going to be from this point.

Man i wish, that school is good... i'm not asking for much really, i just want to meet new people, make friends i guess have a simple life...
