No, this ends now. If you’re going to save the world from the monster invasion, you have to face the monster right? You grab a fork in one hand and a butter knife in the other. The wolf is preoccupied with pulling a fork out of the pad of his paw. You close the gap and press the flat of the knife to his skin. He howls again, the sound of pain sending chills down your spine. But you can’t stop now.

You stick him with the fork, smoke rising from around the tines. You leave it grabbing another from the ground, and sticking him again. He drops to his knees, and his face now lines up with yours. You take the butter knife and shove it in his mouth. With both hands you grab his snout forcing it shut. He whimpers and foam starts oozing from his mouth. You hold steady, using your feet you sweep silver towards him. Forcing him onto a nest of silver.

He finally goes limp and falls over. His body is still sizzling against the silver beneath him. You stand victorious over the hulking beast. You take a moment to appreciate the victory before realizing that you still have many trials ahead of you. You look to your ring, and it glows with a bright and blinding light.

You close and cover your eyes. When you open them again, the glowing has stopped and you realize you’re dressed again. Your shirt is in one piece and on your body. Your bat is in your hand, and your knife is clipped onto your skirt. So now the ring wants to do magic? Whatever, at least you don’t have to get ready again.

You make your way through your wrecked house. And you step through the hole that used to be your front door. The park is just across the street, and on the other side of the park, you can see the looming black tower.
